The location. It has direct beach access. I requested room on high floor and was assigned one.
Have to cross street to pool. USD 25 charge if towel card is lost.

We stayed in 113 with a garden view. We couldn’t get any tv to work - one channel is all.
It was easy to get new towels as needed.
Beautiful ocean views and long, slender beach with big waves. Lots of surfers too.
There are several bbqs scattered about to utilize.
No pool ON the property.
No breakfast included for the price.

The property was great. Location was fantastic, so nice and clean and felt modern. Also had air conditioning. The grounds at the beach were beautiful

The location is excellent and the grounds are beautiful.
The room #57 was outdated and the furniture was dirty and clearly needed to be replaced. The tub on day 1 wasn’t draining and the doors to the room were off track and falling off. There wasn’t enough towels and getting new ones wasn’t a possibility. Even the front door was scratched and peeling and didn’t look nice. The shutters that led to the porch were also not sliding easily. I would not recommend #57
