Location was amazing

Great suite stay in Orlando! We loved our stay at Sonesta ES Suites. The suite was spacious and spotless, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals and keep the family comfortable. Having a separate living area gave us room to relax after long days out in Orlando. The beds were comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and it's a great value and a convenient base for exploring the area. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi during our stay, but that may have been due to the storm. We'll happily stay again. Four stars!

What could have been better? There was no elevator, and no ground-floor rooms were available, so we had to take a third-floor room. I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother, who has a heart condition, and climbing two flights of stairs was very difficult for her. Guests with mobility or health needs should be able to see up front that there's no elevator, and the property should hold a ground-floor room for them.

Service could be drastically improved. Housekeeping is only provided after seven days of stay, which is far below the standard most guests would expect. Wi-Fi is only complimentary for basic communication, with full access requiring an additional charge. Some rooms are located directly along a public road, which raised concerns about security and privacy. The property also lacks an in-house restaurant and an elevator, which may be inconvenient for many guests. Most concerning, I saw two baby snakes near the pool area, where there is dense landscaping and many flowers. I immediately reported this to the staff, but the response appeared dismissive, with little sense of urgency. This left me genuinely concerned about the safety and security of guests, particularly families with children.
