The property was easy to find and a good price. The staff were friendly.
The air conditioning ran loud all night and the shades let the light from the parking lot in. The housekeeper came in to the room even when we had a do not disturb sign on the door and took a bath mat and hand towel and didn’t replace them with clean towels.

Walk to the cute downtown easy from motel.
Place safe, quiet, and clean.
Loved parking at my room door, making luggage transfer to room easy. Fridge a bonus.

Good location at the north end of town closest to the National Parks. The motel owners also have a Mediterranean Restaurant next door, and they offer a 10% discount to motel guests (if you ask!) Although it is located right by the main road through Moab, it was fairly quiet at night.
The decor of the room is very dated. Although it appeared clean on the surface, upon a closer look, there was a large clump of hair on the wall of the shower, and it didn't appear that the air conditioner filter had been cleaned since (???). Also, the bathroom setup is awkward, with no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo. The room could also use a small table beside the sink to hold cosmetics. See photos.
