The location is unbeatable if you are visiting the Universal Studio parks. Plenty of food options in the local area. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Wawa and supermarkets were also very close by. We took and Uber from the Hotel to the Universal CityWalk and it cost about $10 each way. Parking was $35.
The rooms have carpeting. I would rate the property higher if they went with hard floors and got rid of the carpet. Our room had a musty smell throughout our stay. The air conditioning was too powerful. I wish we had the option to turn the fan down to a lower level.

We loved how close it was to the parks, staff were great in getting us checked in. Housekeeping did great, when passing by us in the hallways they asked us if we needed anything such as towels or services. Great breakfast for days we didn’t want to head out.
It didn’t have a fitness center but nothing too major disrupt our stay

The water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast bar is nice.
There was mold in the shower. The ac unit didn't get very cold. The last sparks hotel we stayed at had a fridge with a small freezer section in it this one did not so I had to throw away the frozen items I had.
