The staff were very helpful, polite and responsive. They provided rooms in the top floor, far from road noise, and gave us side-by-side rooms, as requested. The solved my parking issue. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.
The bathrooms being split such that the toilet was separated from the shower was not quite practical for us. The ice machine was not working so I had to go downstairs whenever I needed ice. The breakfast had variety but was quite average in taste.

Great location. Clean, comfortable, and very nice.
Staff at the counter were untrained and rude. This isn’t the first springhill suites that we’ve stayed at but it was definitely the most frustrating check in process so far. Also the parking fees for the hotel are absolutely ridiculous. Parking at the hotel should be free with our stay.

It was in a less crowded area. Easy to come in and out. Complimentary breakfast options were good.
The room had older HVAC systems. We walked in and it smelled like Mildew. The parking system was automated and there wasn’t much information from the reception desk or s live number to call.
