The room was nice and have the kitchenette was helpful. Breakfast was good.

The property was kind of worn. The satellite TV was pathetic. Poor signal, no local channels, very limited selection.

Location OK, not easy. Breakfast was mediocre with powdered eggs and instant coffee.

Real brewed coffee is what I usually get. Did not like carpet in the lavatory, nasty.

The location, access to interstate 35 and being across the street from a well cared for neighborhood are all plusses. The room was decent, clean and comfortable.

We discovered there was no hook or bracket for the shower wand in our bathroom. It was very cumbersome to take a shower. Also, there was trash overflowing in a garbage can by the rear parking lot entrance and blowing around the rear of the property. I promptly notified the female desk clerk on Sunday morning of both of these items. She appeared to make note of the shower issue, she was not interested in resolving the garbage issue. I personally think she should have either corrected it herself or had housekeeping handle it quickly, neither of which she did. Also, there was body odor in the first floor hallway by the elevator. My wife sprayed deodorant to remove the odor.
