Good facilities. Good location, short walk to downtown and next to Marta station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Shay. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Good pool. The 2 bed suite was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers.
There was quite a lot of road noise. I'm used to it from living in the city and slept well. Others might not find it so, they provide ear plugs.

I like that you can walk out the door and Marta station is right in front of hotel. In addition downtown and mid-town Atlanta is walking distance to other entertainment venues.
I didn't like this is the third time I have stayed here and have had problems out of staff either being rude or not fulfilling guest request. We ask for towels and room service. After returning to room neither was done no towels or wash cloths and no cleaning to room. If they could get rid of bad staff who doesnt care about customer service this is the perfect hotel more like a apartment full kitchen stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, large living room with sleeper sofa.
