Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Asheville West

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and modern room (suite).

Not the most convenient location.

Easy check in but no hotel points since used booking.com

Room was a bit dated and had to ask twice for sheets on the pullout as hospitality first said no.

Everything! Location, clean facilities, pleasant staff, check-in process was breeze.

Breakfast quality not so good,

I liked the price compared to other places I looked at. I was able to check in early with no problems. Enough parking space. Good selection on the tv to watch.

There were some things I didn’t like, such as the breakfast time I thought was at 6am. We were checking out at 6:50 and the breakfast was all set up. We started to get breakfast and the worker rudely stops us and tells us we can’t eat til 7am. Then we turned to leave and she says alright we can but we must stay over in the corner. Then I stated we were just grabbing and leaving. Next there was a homeless man sitting at my front bumper in the parking lot at 6:50 am. This was concerning as it was just me and my daughter on this trip. And just odd to have people sitting by visitors cars in the parking lot. The walls were very thin, lots of loud noises and talking the whole stay. The WiFi password did not work. Large crack under the door I stuff with a towel. Bed was very squeaky. All night long car alarms were going off not sure if it was due to trying to scare homeless people away from cars or what.
