I think pet friendly in a misnomer, if I have to pay a fee that I don’t get back!!

Very clean

I was hesitant to staying there once I arrived and discovered that this hotel was pet friendly - I have pet allergies and since we checked in late, I informed the clerk and she said she'd put us on the 3rd floor which had no pets and it was extremely clean. Ended up being a Very nice stay.

Easy access off the freeway. Close proximity to a number of restaurants and shops. Nice lobby. Room and linens were clean. Front desk person was helpful.

The breakfast really let the hotel down. We got there at 8:15 ie 45 mins before it closed. The hot food trays were empty, no milk, no teabags, barely any plates/cups/utensils. Trash and spills by the food area. I had to ask the girl working there to replenish the milk which she did eventually and later brought some more hot food. Another guest said it had been bad for the three days they’d been there. Not enough food, not replenished often enough and not cleaned up. The hotel should cater for the amount of guests they have staying. I don’t expect a huge plate of food and eat small portions but this was awful.
