Thr cleanliness of the room
The beds were very hard. Woke up with a backache everyday. The pillows, 2 were OK, the other 2 were thick and heavy - unusable.
More light in bathroom is needed. Couldn't see to put on makeup or stay my hair.

Great location and renovated room. Clean.
The receptionist on Friday check-in was disinterested and not friendly. Zero customer service skills. The receptionists on Saturday and Sunday were very nice and welcoming.
The price gouging on Oktoberfest weekend is ridiculous. Will not stay here again because of that.

Location, cleanliness of room and price.
I was surprised there was no phone, no microwave, no mirror in main room, only one regular coffee we did go get more each day, and one small bar of soap for sink and shower. No coffee or breakfast treats in lobby which that’s really no problem.

Room temperature, location, and beds were perfect. The towels, rags, hand towels and shower rug were all clean and looked brand new. When we discovered that the Fest Halle was next door we were both elated. The parking was free and exceeded my expectations. Lastly the toilet was made for an adult and the height of the toilet and length of the bowl made me very happy.
The fart fan was broken, the shower had a slow drain, and I told the clerk at check out about these maintenance issues.
