Jet Luxury at The Signature Condo Hotel

The facilities were clean and the hotel is in a great location. Nearby access to monorail and trams. Associated with the MGM so you can use their amenities. Loved the jet tub, the balcony, and the comfy bed. Love that you can dim the lights in all the rooms.

Didn't seem too soundproof. The faucet handles were a little leaky, but no biggie. The toilet worked but didn't fill/reset unless you manually placed the handle back in the correct position. Nothing major considering we mainly went to sleep or to shower. Everything was functional.

Location was fabulous . Room was huge and very clean . Fantastic views of the strip from our balcony . Fabulous air conditioning thank goodness as we had 49 degree days . Starbucks on property which is convenient

The only thing that was frustrating were the pool hours . Most close at 5 pm and this was unacceptable when we were experiencing heat wave conditions . Sometimes allowances should be made for guests enjoyment .

Very nice over all great location close to everything Vegas has to offer

I didn’t like that we came when it was the F1 racing. The detours were irritating and disruptive blocking the streets. I didn’t like the fact that when I called for extra tiles because I booked through a third-party, I couldn’t get towels until they called someone else I don’t like the fact that we didn’t get the same hospitality as if we were booking straight through the hotel itself. I’ve stayed there before and had I known I couldn’t get extra towels because I booked through a third-party. I wouldn’t have stayed there. I should get the same quality as if I book straight through from their website because I paid and purchased a room just like anyone else didn’t like the fact that when we were going into the elevator, someone had defecated inside the elevator that was horrible then in order for me to go get coffee I had to walk to the first tower in order to buy coffee from Starbucks I didn’t like that when I was ready to check out early. I had to walk all the way to Tower two in order to get checked out and even then it took me almost 45 minutes to get checked out and I was only the third person in line. It was one person at the desk and she took forever assisting one customer which was inconvenient no matter where we should all get the same type of respect and customer service whether I booked through a third-party or not, I still purchased at that hotel and should not be treated any different as if I did not purchase a room
