Fantastic location, friendly staff
Room was clean but needed a refresh. Mould on bathroom ceiling, peeling wallpaper. Lifts also far too slow.

The location was perfect, especially for AnimeNYC!! It was pretty much in the middle of the Javits Center and Time Square, where me and my boyfriend spent most of our time at while we were staying here. The staff was super helpful during every part of our stay. Also the housekeeping was fantastic! Everything was kept tidy and clean throughout our stay.
The only major thing we did not like was the elevator wait times. When the lobby was busy, it would be up to a 20 minute wait or more to get back up to our room. After being out and walking for hours, it wasn’t very fun to stand and wait around while tired.

Hotel location was very convenient for the train station and the room was facing the back so it was nice and quiet even though the room was on the 5th floor and the hotel is located on 40th street near the corner of 9th avenue which is a busy and noisey corner.
The room was tiny and with no view. The bathroom sink was also tiny and the walk in shower floor had a crack on the side and there was no mini fridge nor microwave in the room. Also it said breakfast included but after I booked I realized it wasn't and that it was only included if you paid the higher tier which was misleading. And the hotel breakfast was mediocre.
