Clean and nice.

Eine Wohnung in bester Lage, gepflegt und sauber. Mit absoluter Ruhe.

Have just returned from an 11 night stay in this apartment. The location was superb, very quiet but handy for everything. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk , taxis and buses nearby. Estepona town has a lovely beach and is a beautiful place. There are loads of flowers and trees everywhere and it is all very well kept. The grounds of the apartment are also beautifully maintained. The apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcome as the weather was very hot. Both bedrooms and en suites were very good. Only a couple of minor gripes- the kitchen was advertised as refurbished but it must have been done a while ago because the freezer door in the fridge was broken and another of the cupboard doors was loose. We would have liked some english instructions for using the cooker and tv as we struggled with them both. We had to borrow a hairdryer from Time in Spain because there wasn't one provided. A major minus was the fact that there are no umbrellas at the pools and there would need to be more sunbeds in the high season. This is probably not an issue that the owner can do anything about but it maybe worth passing our comment on to the complex management. Apart from those few little points we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Not high quality as advertised. Cleanliness not up to expected standard. TV hit and miss. Fridge / freezer water leaking inside. Pillows need to be replaced had unclean smell. Towels also had unpleasant odour, not dried thoroughly by cleaning staff.
