The staff were among some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They also offered us a discounted rate to stay in an even better room, which we could not take advantage of this time around - but will be sure to next time!

Location, security, comfortable, quiet
The breakfast: while there was plentiful choice, every option from the ‘hot’ selection was barely luke warm to the extent that it was unpalatable to eat. I asked if I could microwave mine to make it pleasant enough to eat and there is one behind reception - so ask for that if they haven’t addressed this. I mention it because of the disappointment of not being served hot food actually hot, but also because the breakfast is expensive.

The location is perfect! The breakfast was also really good and the staff is lovely.
The pillows were small and bumpy and the bed also felt like an air matress since it was so wobbly. These need an upgrade since sleeping was honestly really difficult. In the bathroom, a shelf in the shower + a more powerful hairdryer would be great. The doors are loud so take this into consideration if you are a light sleeper.
