House with pool and garden with orchard. 2 floor house completely furnished and equipped with ample spaces. Villa located in a very quiet area, 2 km from the village of Ericeira and the main beaches of the World Surfing Reserve of Ericeira. 40 km from Lisbon (25 minutes), and 20 km from the historic town of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage).
Ericeira is World Surfing Reserve and known for its fish and shellfish.
Fully equipped home with private swimming pool and garden.The guests have complete freedom of movement at any time of day or night, are asked to respect the area's tranquility.

Resumo das avaliaçõesCasa e propriedade muito grandes com uma bela piscina. Funcionários prestativos. Apreciámos o maravilhoso café/restaurante/pequena loja da aldeia. Ótima área da piscina para uma estadia encantadora.

Very large house and property and a nice pool. Staff was helpful. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and everything is quite old; it looks a bit Victorian. We had some issues with hot water but these were resolved. The first couple of days we could not use the pool because of weather changes. Fortunately, we were able to use it for the last days. The beach was further away than advertised, but this was communicated via email before arrival.
