The pictures and description of this villa do not do it justice! The villa is fantastic. So much bigger than what we thought. We did not use it to its full potential as we spent most days at the parks but wow, what a great home away from home. The villa was very clean and modern. The themed Star Wars, Frozen and Jurassic park rooms were awesome. The property itself is in the perfect location, so peaceful with the pool looking onto the lake. We had 2 cars and there is plenty of parking spaces. We usually stay in Davenport, this is our first time staying in Kissimmee and it felt like the area had undergone lots of development, so close to a Publix, Walmart and Target. Lots of dining close by but most importantly, it only took 10-15 mins to get to the Disney entrance, skipping that I4 traffic. We only had 1 small suggestion, and that was more seating in the living room, as a family of 11 who like to hang together after the parks, we found if it had just one extra sofa, it would have allowed us to not pull dining chairs around the coffee table. Nevertheless, if you're looking to stay in a villa, this one should be the one you choose. The management company were also so fast at responding to us with 2 requests we had during our stay, great service. The additional pool heating was also worth it for the month of January. Overall, we cannot praise the villa enough, as a family that always rents villas, this one will go down as the best we have stayed in!

This place was so nice and such a perfect layout for my group. We had a blast! It was clean, had plenty of space, and was super close to Hollywood Studios and Epcot which were the two parks we were visiting! It was about 12 minutes away. I’ve already told my family that this is the way to do Disney!

We were very happy with our accommodations. There was so much room to spread out. So many things to do in and around the house.
We loved the game room, the pool and hot tub. The water park was fun too. We even watched a couple of movies at the end of a long day of playing and sight seeing in the theater room.
You are very close to the attractions, great restaurants and stores. You are only and one hour away from the space coast and two from the gulf.
We have no complaints. Property management was quick to respond to any questions we might have.
It was great place to stay. A great place to bring our large family together, with plenty of things to keep everyone entertained.
Highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay was fantastic! My family stays in VRBO rented homes a few times a year and this home was 5 star. We stayed for a long weekend to visit a college in Lakeland but with the 10 minute drive to Disney we added a Disney day.
The resort amenities were wonderful. We checked them out the one day we stayed in town. The house itself had everything to entertain so you never have to leave! The movie theater room was great and easy to use. The kitchen is fully stocked. The house is clean and spacious.
We plan to come back next trip to Orlando & highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Very close to parks and we had a great time in the house. The house is large and has lots of rooms for big groups. The kids loved the pool and game room. We had a few hiccups with changing houses, being locked out of the house, fridge not cooling but overall it was a great experience. Constructive criticism would be that for a house this big the kitchen is minimally stocked. We had issues keeping the hot tub heated and hot conflicting info from the pool guy. Also, the house had some wear and tear. Unclean walls, wall paper peeling off the walls, etc.

The pictures don’t even do this property justice. The house was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the theater room was a hit for my movie loving husband and friends. Not a bad drive to universal or Disney. There are plenty of stores around if you happen to need anything at all. The communication with the owner was easy and responsive. We really don’t have any things we would change. When we visit Orlando again we will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful vacation house, perfectly suited for families with children! Loved the game room, themed bedrooms, pool/hot tub, every amenity we could have asked. Great communication, good value, close enough to Disney and attractions. Beautiful area of similar homes, great neighborhood features such as water park and another pool/lazy river, plus plus plus! Would love to return and highly recommend.

The property was amazing, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all four families to stay at one place. This let us maximize our time together. The heated pool and hot tub were just what we needed since the weather in January can be somewhat cool. The kids had a blast. The resort amenities were enjoyed by all as well on a couple of the nicer days.
The location was nicely located for easy access to attractions all around us.
It would have been helpful to have foil and saran wrap on hand for leftovers (which we purchased and left in the pantry). We were disappointed that the fitness center was not available prior to the clubhouse opening at 9:00, despite having a separate outside access door.
All in all, a wonderful family trip.

This was a wonderful property to stay at for our veterinary conference. Everyone had their own room and it worked as additional team bonding for movie nights. I will definitely bring my team back - they had a blast!

Everything with the house was great and as advertised. The only hiccup was at check in at the gate. I was not made aware of the need to provide names to the property owners ahead of time to obtain parking passes as they are the only people that can submit names to the guard gate if you have more than 1 vehicle.
Overall still a great experience, already booked my next stay!

We stayed in the house with our basketball team when playing a tournament in Orlando. It was perfect. The game room, theater room and pool were a huge hit. Plus every player and coach had their own bed! The only thing that was hard was cooking for 14. I could have used a large fry pan and an electric skillet, but we made it work and ate great!

We had an amazing time at Storey Lake! This house is everything as advertised. It’s beautiful, clean, and spacious! Our host was also great, replied in a timely manner and helped us with any questions. It’s close to a lot of shopping centers and there’s also good food places near by. Unfortunately, it rained and was a little colder during our stay but choosing to have the pool heated didn’t stop us from having fun. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone looking for a home away from home.

This place was amazing! We stayed with a total of 6 children and 7 adults! There was plenty of room ! The house is within 10 minutes of Walmart, target, Marshall’s, Ross, and Sam’s club! 15 minutes to get to Disney and Orlando studios!
The only thing I would say it lacks is kitchen necessities. We stayed 5 days and had to get more trash bags, dish soap , big spoons , spatulas etc. it was also missing a pool ball and ping pong paddle when we arrived . We did find the missing pool ball on the last day ! (Woohoo)
The pool & hot tub seemed to warm up the way it was supposed to the last two days. I’m not sure what we did to make it start working properly but once it finally warms up the pool and hot tub are perfect! The movie room was AWESOME! Hooked right up to the Roku and connects to all the apps. Very easy to use !
Overall my family and I would definitely stay again the kids are already asking to return. They rather stay in this house than go to any of the Disney parks!

Our large family absolutely loved this home! It was spacious, clean and fun for all ages. Communication with the management team was responsive, timely and helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful and the location was convenient. We would stay again if given the opportunity.

Place was extremely clean. Property manager communication was great. Really don’t understand some of the negative reviews as our stay was perfect and would definitely stay there again. Everything worked properly the entirety of the stay. Also the pool heater is extremely good. Even on cold days it was very warm for the kids. A+

Our stay was amazing. The house was clean. The themed rooms were so amazing especially the Star Wars room. The kids loved that room.
The location of the property was at the very back of the neighborhood. We didn’t mind so much but some guest might. The house backed up to a pond and we saw alligators. We all thought that was pretty cool.
The house was very close to restaurants and shopping.
The few issues we did have were: cell service wasn’t always great it was spotty. Once we left the house our phones worked fine. We did have some noises neighbors that liked to sit outside the house and talk late into the night.
Overall a great house and great experiences.

New well maintained property, comfortable and fun, daily trash pickup, our kids loved the games room and community pool, at the far end of the development so no traffic and lots of parking, close to Target and Publix for grocery shopping.

The property was just as it is depicted in the photos. Clean, organized and over the top with comfortable rooms for the adults and fun themed rooms for the kids. Our grandkids loved the Frozen, Star Wars and Jurassic Park rooms and bounced between them since they couldn't decide which was more fun. The communication with the management team was particularly great. When I messaged them from a park that we wanted to turn on the hot tub heater they responded immediately and even sent an estimate of what it would cost so I could approve before they moved forward. I had several messages with the management team before we arrived and they always responded quickly and professionally. My family all said they wanted to come back next time we plan a vacation in Orlando. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

We rented two properties side by side for a family reunion of 32 people. From the initial contact via VRBO, the process was great. Properties were exactly as advertised, management was extremely responsive and helpful. Had several questions prior to visit that were answered promptly. Had maintenance issue that was handled promptly and resolved. AND there was follow up contact to make sure all was still okay. All amenities were exactly as promised. Highly recommend.
