the room was spacious.. bed was comfortable. shower towels were soft. the view was beautiful.

the room needs an update. there was no easy access to charging stations.

location was great. easy to check in.

the automated concierge text system. I asked for towels at 8:15pm. didn’t get a text back until 11:38 and then at midnight they knocked on my door (I had a sleeping child) and gave me the towels. not the best system.

My children and I went to the arcade room when we notice a racial slur written on the walls, which made our state very uncomfortable, and I felt that the hotel should’ve accommodated me once it was brought to their attention

The location is excellent. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

My hotel stay was a poor value. The hotel is in bad need of updating. Rooms are very dated looking. Peeling wallpaper? Doors to all the rooms are beat up and need painting. Chairs in the rooms are worn out and need to be replaced. If this is supposed to be a resort hotel, rooms need to look like it. Self parking access gates don't always work. Also, don't show pictures of a working indoor hot tub that has been broken for months? Deceptive marketing.

2 bathrooms and refrigerator. View from room. Access to elevators. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Walk in shower head broken, but with 2 showers it worked out ok. Notified staff when we checked out.

Rude staff from the valet to the front desk. Front desk was especially rude and not helpful.

they won’t give you suits or rollaway and it took 3 days for them to bring extra pillows we asked 4 times!

The Italian restaurant was excellent in service and attentiveness in food delivery.

the service sucked in the Americano Cafe for breakfast. I would rid of the drink server, he was so monotone, didn't greet us. He also didn't get the drinks order right for a party of 8 which I knew would happen when he stood there and just have a blank stare while we gave our drinks requirements. The Italian restaurant on the 18th floor though was superior in service the food was cold. The pizza was cold and my daughter ate without complaining but my mother said it was cold. The cheese did not melt on the flat bread pizza.
