We loved Barbara at the Front Desk - she was cheerful and very helpful.
Housekeeping did the bare minimum. We had to get our own supplies (toilet paper, coffee and cups, face clothes) every day and they never cleaned the toilet or wiped the table tops.

it was right on the beach. I liked the resturant attached to the hotel. It seamed clean.
i think the hotel is over priced for what you get. It is very old. No elevator to second floor.

This was the perfect location for our stay in Vero Beach. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Easy access to beach and downtown Vero.

Size of room compared to others was small. Would have liked to have been oceanfront or poolside. Bathroom was very small.

it’s on the beach! walkable to everything.
bathroom was a little small but can’t complain. wish the rooms in hotels would upgrade to smart tvs

Location
The room was smaller than booked. No partial refund was given since it was booked through third party - Booking.com. To all fairness, free breakfast was offered to compensate for the room. The property needs some serious renovation. It is getting worn out and maintenance is needed.
