We stayed there for the pool but it was closed. Plus there was no way to stop up the tub so we had to use a washcloth to stop it to take a bath. Will not stay there again wasn't as nice as the pictures.

the staff was nice, location was great

The staff was okay, hotel rate good. They kept my package for me. No weird smells.. The room was clean and the hotel quiet.

The sheets were made of some kind of synthetic material that reminded me of parachute material. Definitely not cotton. Also the comforter had a big stain on it. The room was clean, but kind of beat up, especially the bathroom grout and the toilet seat was broken. The breakfast was obviously purchased from elsewhere and packaged or served. The muffins were divided into baggies, placed there by hand. The little omelettes were the kind you heat from frozen. It was all free though, so I can't complain too much.

Bad smell of smoke of cigarettes before the main Entrance of the Hotel May be change the location of designated smoking area not in the front of the Hotel I hate the smell of cigarettes

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of bath linens. Friendly front desk staff. Very accommodating!

The noise the people above me had a lot of people and children and I was waken up at 2 in the morning from yelling and jumping up and down

I had reservations for October 29th -30th they charged my card and everything for the room and when I got to the property and showed them my confirmation number and everything they said that they didn’t have a room! they denied to give me the room that I PAID for and I BOOKED i drove 3+ hours to get told that couldn’t get a room . the mad at the desk was SO rude and told me i complained and talked way too much which was rude as well!!!! and that was it for me he told me i needed to find something else and to leave …so I had to go find a different hotel the same day & it was DOUBLE the price that i originally paid for . definitely DONT recommend
