Overall I would say good experience and enjoyed my time in wildwood during me and my friends stay for prom weekend

I loved that it was so close to the boardwalk and beach

The staff didn’t room service besides giving us fresh towels the next day.

Location, Location, Location! Right on the steps of the Boardwalk!! Close to all major adventure and Waterpark rides.

The room was a shocker. From the pictures on the website, the rooms appear bigger but there was hardly space to move and to place the luggage. The microwave and the power outlet in the bathroom did not work. After repeated calls, the microwave was replaced. The room service was bit tardy. You need to juggle a bit for parking.

Close to the busy section of the boardwalk . Good movies playing on the TV during late downtime. Plenty of pillows on the bed for comfort. The cleaning lady was extremely pleasant and eager to help us even though she did not fully understand English well. She was A+ and should be valued.

Lack of parking,room wasn't ready for 3 hours past time requested,I had to call them to check on the room because they did not call me as they said they would,scratchy towels needed fabric softener, closed the pool earlier than listed and so we were unable to swim(the reason I chose this motel over another cheaper one). Counter staff was a bit short and rude. Told us to just park in the handicap spot even though we were not. Spent over 1025 for a 2 night stay. Barely worth 600 honestly. Advertised ocean view online,but was not. It faced the street in the opposite direction.

Good value!

Front desk staff was wonderful, check in easy. One minor issue and we were quickly shifted to a larger room.

Pools were not as clean as hoped for.

Will be staying here Year after year!

The rooms and staff were incredible! The property was extremely clean. Close to the boardwalk. The roof top area was the best to sit at night and watch the boardwalk.

I liked the hotel, the set up was nice

There was a half inch gap under the door from outside. The shower leaked terribly. The water temp in the shower was completely off. The handle needs replaced before someone burns their skin.

Location to convention center was great. Apartment was clean. Hardly any stairs. Lots of towels. Clean rooms. Ice cold refrigerator. Hot water in kitchen sink was great. Reservations and maintenance guy was super nice however no coordination

No hot water, Luke warm. bathroom sink didn’t work. Had to use kitchen sink. Keys were not present upon arrival then was given wrong key two days later got right keys. No Wi-Fi password. From glass door was hard to close. Wasn’t well coordinated

No working kitchen lights I couldn’t Utilize the freezer The bathroom was dirty It came with the kitchen light but they had old sponges in there to wash the dishes And a half a bottle of dish detergent the staff was very rude and on top of that two people got killed across the street on the corner I would never ever stay at this hotel again

Great service, Great Location.

Location. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Tv service poor. Poor picture quality. Very few channels. Channel guide that was supplied was inaccurate. But I am one who tends to make the best with what I have. For the most part, the room is just a place to shower and lay your head. But still, for in room time, better tv service would really help guests relax.

Overall OK, but a bit pricey for what it was.

Location was perfect for us..

Although this was a last minute booking, we chose it do to roof top pool and location for kids. The bad was there was NO rooftop pool. It was being repaired.

it’s very close to the boardwalk.

the door latch to the one room was on backwards. the hinges were loos and door was dragging the floor. the upstairs didn’t have sound proof in the floor

Awesome stay!

Loved that we were right on the boardwalk, staff was friendly and room was clean!

I'm use to my 13 inch memory foam mattress so the bed was a bit to firm for me.
