The property was clean and quiet

The attendant when you come into the property came across as racist and not very knowledgeable

The whole place, price, location and staff.

The quality of the mattress on the master bedroom was very poor, I ended up sleeping on the couch, also the bar stools were in the closet because their were broke, it was only 1 working stool, for the kitchen island.

Nothing

There were bedbugs in the first floor bedroom. My wife was bitten,(I have pictures of the bite and the bug) I reported it on the first day and didn't get a response until the day before checkout a d it was bt a text message stating they never had this problem before. (Sure) There was no one at the office address. They drafted my account after I checked out because Booking .com charged me less that what they wanted. A maintainance man came into the townhouse without knocking or anyone letting him in. I messaged the manageme t company and they blew me off. Never talked to a live person until the maintainance man let himself in and I was scared and angry and I told him so.
