L'endroit est très bien entretenu. Le déjeuner le matin est délicieux. La chambre est propre et spatieuse.

Un des ascenseur était en maintenance. C'était plus compliqué de se rendre à la chambre.

Quarto super confortável, localização excelente, empregados super simpáticos.

Personnel accueillant et disponible à toute heure. Le petit-déjeuner était très diversifié, et tout était très frais. Il y a aussi une petite boutique à l'accueil. La chambre était confortable et propre, tous les équipements sont modernes. L'hôtel est placé à 2min à pied du métro Berry-UQAM qui est relié à toutes les autres lignes de la ville, mais on peut aussi faire l'essentiel du centre-ville à pied (15min du Vieux Montréal, 30min du Parc du Mont Royal, ...). La rue passante est calme, et on n'y entend aucun bruit la nuit, ni à l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

Une odeur de fumée de cigarette a envahie la chambre les 2-3 premières nuits. L'incident a été signalé au personnel de l'hôtel. J'ignore si quelque chose à été fait, mais le fait est que l'odeur ne s'est plus manifestée.

Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. La situation géographique est exceptionnel. Hotel idéalement situé et très facile d'accès. Idéalement placé pour découvrir la ville en transport. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Les chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes car les fenêtres ne sont pas très bien isolées. Mise à part cela je ne vois rien à redire. Tout me semblait correct pour une semaine sur place. Encore bravo à toute l'équipe.

Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast, high-speed wi-fi, close to the metro station.

We got a room with a huge fan just outside the window so it was not quiet.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the major attractions. The hotel room was clean and big

My room was infront of the elevator.

Parking was expensive.

Good location, close to a metro station and also walkable distance to keg tourist spots. (unfortunately quite a lot if homeless people around the area) Spacious and comfortable rooms. Big TV with plenty of channels. Breakfast included. Mini fridge & hair dryer available in the room. Luggage storage available.

Limited seating at breakfast - so If advise to go before 9! Doors not always easy to open & elevator sometimes skip floors (they are aware…).

Staff were really helpful, good location near to the metro station and nice bars and restaurants.

Would have liked a kettle in the room instead of coffee machine.

The hotel is situated close to a metro station and in walking distance from the old town. The breakfast was very good and changed day for day.
