Location was great

Not all the amenities were working. So Gym equipment was not working and one day jacuzzi pool was down.

Great location! Clean and quiet! The condominium was safe by using codes going to and from the beach, etc.

Loved the location & size. Our unit was clean & adorable. Vacasa communication was easy and they were responsive. We added an extra night after we got there & the process was smooth. Security staff was friendly & the property is perfect! Will stay again ❤️

Great location!! Not a far walk to the water. Beautiful view. Everything was clean and neatly in its own place. I loved that our master room had the option to go out on to the patio. My hubby loved the bathtub. Kids loved the pools. Will definitely stay here again!

The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable. I’m used to a thick memory foam so it’s hard for me to sleep on spring mattresses. The shower in the master was very small.

Direct access to the beach, multiple pools to select from, hot tub. 

The rooms could’ve been cleaned better before we arrive. There was still sand and crumbs in the beds, had to call facilities to come because all of our smoke alarms in the condo were going off. In the bunk room, there is a hole in the wall as well as a hole in the blinds.

never received the e-mail with the entry code. Contacted the local Vacasa office and it was taken care of. Had a little trouble with the TV, but that may have been operator error

Great location and very nice place.

Needs more oven safe items in the kitchen such as cookie sheet, baking pans, etc.

We have roaches on our balcony and in the bedroom #2 other than the bugs and a few bites we enjoyed our stay

the friendly staff and cleanliness

Not easy to locate the indoors pool.

Location was perfect, unit was immaculately clean, staff was friendly and helpful, price was very reasonable.

Poor quality furniture and beds.

We loved being on the beach and easy access everyday. The condo was roomy and comfortable.

The smoke alarm in the kitchen area was beeping the entire stay. The pipes in the ceiling would squeal when people above us were showering, or when one of us were showering.

The location was great.

Other tenants were smoking on their balcony, so we weren't able to sit out on our balcony as much. The room wasn't completely clean.

I loved the view we had

Personal was not too friendly. We really didn’t see anyone.

This place was right on the water. it was nicely stocked with dishes and pots and pans for my family to prepare meals do enjoy on the balcony with a beautiful ocean view.

The third bedroom was very small. we didn’t use the trendle bed because the room was too small, we utilized the hide a bed instead. but would have preferred everyone have a bedroom.

Not able to access Wi-Fi

Location was great. It had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. They were very responsive to our requests and corrected any issues we called in very quickly.

We had a great stay at the Lighthouse Condomiums on the (gulf shores) the unit #1712 we stayed at had an awesome view of the Beach and pool, it was very clean, plenty of towels also. The washer and dryer was a plus. I feel the location was great too! We did have an issue with the AC unit when it stopped working on our 6th night causing alot of condensation in our condo. We reached out to the 2 Security personnel that was on duty 6/9/22 that night, they were awesome! (Not sure of their names) they brought towels to lay on the ceramic floors bc it was creating a slippery issue with the Grandbabies and my Mother. They contacted the right personal to fix the problem. A tech came by, looked at it and put an order in for it to be fixed. By lunch time the next day the AC unit was fixed. We were very impressed how fast they came, so thank you for that! Oh! I must say, we enjoyed having the carts to haul luggage up and down the elevators. That was a BIG plus in my book 😊 Ps.. the smaller room could use a fan bc it does get a little stuffy, we bought one which was no big deal for us. I'd rent from LHC again if I came back down..
