Some elements need a bit of love to make the property amazing such as replacing the well worn bedding, couch covers and dining table chair cushions, cob webs on walls in bathroom, dusty exposed ceiling fan.

it was cool ( the air con has been put on prior to or visit as it was a hot day). It was clean and tidy. It has character, high ceilings and the sofas and beds were comfy. the bathroom was modern. It really was a gorgeous cottage. So close to Rokeby Road and quiet at night.

We felt so at home we didn’t go out the first night - opting to stay in, get take out and lounge around!

Location was ideal, and facilities were basic but reasonable although a few additions would make this property more desirable.

The beds need replacing and extra linen could be provided as doonas were stained,The shower although being newly tiled flooded the floor so dressing was in other rooms. the lounge chairs were dirty with old bedspreads thrown over.The shower fan needed cleaning, and back door was hard to open, I oiled the runners and fixed the front door lock, Door handle to the lounge was missing. windows needed cleaning as did the bathroom walls.two power points are broken and need replacement for safety. some form of heating to the bedrooms is required as the gas heater is too far away and the air conditioner does not heat.

Well presented accommodation perfectly positioned for our intended activities for the week in Perth.
