Comfortable, location, Electrical appliances were all new. Overall very good.

Only complaint was cobwebs in the windows

The ocean views were stunning and the pool looked lovely. It is a short walk from the local golf club and had convenient off street parking. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and had modern appliances.

Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about linen being excluded in the price of the accomodation until after paying. That being said, there was the option to hire linen at a price additional to the main cost. We were met with clean facilities, however the unit was occupied by cockroaches and mould was found on the curtains.

Lacking facilities offered in the ad e.g says bbq provided but no bbq. real estate agent provided wrong keys so could not access pool or garage. Broken furniture e. g two seater couch and dangerous outdoor table. walls require repairs and a coat of paint.

Bathroom outdated

The views are magnificent and it’s very central and easy to access beach restaurants and shops. Narooma is the perfect place for a beach holiday

There needs to be hooks in the bathroom to hang towels to dry instead of near the toilet. It’s a bit tired

A very comfortable unit with laundry and all we required for a lovely stay in Narooma. Beautiful view over the ocean also

The room had a great view, and was clean

The room had no air conditioning or ceiling fans, we were lucky the weather was not hot.
