The location was excellent with many tourist spots within walking distance.

Housekeeping timing is very unpredictable.

Great location for seeing the major sites, very friendly staff, quirky hotel.

Beds were a little uncomfortable, room could have done with some hooks & more places to store clothes but nothing was a huge issue for us & we would return.

Lovely location, straight away on arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent with easy access to everything we needed and wanted to see and do.

The location is right next to the Pike Place which made comfort an issue. It was so noisy all night , with either noise from the pier , the machines ,loading and unloading at the market, homeless people screaming outside, the rubbish collection truck .. all in all it was so bad , I had to sleep with noise cancelling ear plugs which helped with the noise but were uncomfortable so didnt help to sleep. I understand not the fault of the staff but poor choice from my end to book this place. Room is very basic. Nothing special for the price paid.
