Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando- Lake Buena Vista by IHG

The check in staff( sorry can’t recall name of girl) she was friendly, professional and super kind. Beautiful smile. Nothing worse than checking into a hotel with staff who can’t smile or make eye contact- This was not the case, so friendly, she spoke to us like she knew us her whole life. Truly a natural communication, felt like I was a guest in her home. The hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful. The housekeeping went up and beyond for me, I left my purse and was home when I realized I had left it. Honest hardworking people! I am so appreciative of the hospitality!

I didn’t like that a holiday inn outside of a city center has parking is a 26$ charge, knowing the area this hotel is in, i don’t believe it’s a necessary charge here. I think parking should be for a luxury hotel with valet or in an area where parking is limited, in this area - unfortunately I think it isn’t necessary.

The facility was clean and the staff was amazing. They were all keeping nd and helpful.

The elevator could use some work.

The breakfast was poor: every day the same, the scramble eggs tasted old and dried. Property was clean, pool is nice and breakfast was perfect.

I went through typical third party booking discrimination. Given a room all the way at the end of the hall with mold problem. Couldn’t breathe the whole stay.
