Loved the location, there is lots of lovely friendly bars, restaurants and pools that you can use and visit.

The accommodation was very poor, not welcoming only interested in seeing your pay confirmation, do not clean or replace bedding and towels, only cater to people they know. Stray cats drinking and swimming in the pool, full of insects. I was bitten on a daily basis and had a horrible reaction to it. Leading to swollen legs that I couldn't put in the sun for the last 5 days of our holiday. Accommodation facilities are really poor, nothing like it states on their booking page. Light fittings, and sockets all loose and hanging off. Bugs and insects throughout the rooms and outside them. Shower is nor big enough to fit a teenager in left alone an adult. Outdoor facilities are non existent, bar was constantly closed or told they are not serving, due to them having their food.

Location was good and staff good to talk with, but the place needs more attention to detail to make it a great experience. Sheets and towels all clean and nice.

The room was not fully prepared. Not all the washing up was done and none was put away. Coffee maker had also not been emptied. Many random items around the grounds, some close to the rooms, that just needed to be cleared up or thrown away. I accept you could have aircon for €5 per day, but if you don't want that a fan would be nice. When I was trying to finalise details for being collected at the airport, suddenly my emails were not replied to.

Fantastic location right on the main strip about a 10/15 min walk to beach. Stella was so lovely and really made effort to make sure we were ok,thank you XX So peaceful, surrounded by fields, cows mooing and lots of wildlife in trees. Most days had pool to ourselves. If you like doing your own thing with no hassle and tranquillity then this is a great base for your stay on Kos.

The location is great, very close to the centre of tigaki.

We landed quiet late at night so I sent a message beforehand to ask if somebody would be present for the check in, they assured me that would be the case, but when we arrived there was no-one to be found. The phonenumber listed on booking is not correct so we couldn't reach anyone. We went to the restaurant on the opposite side of the road and they told us they live there too so we knocked on one of the doors and found someone who was involved. He wasn't the exact person we were looking for because he was 'out' but he tried helping us. He sent us to a room, the room was fine but not ready for checkin, there was still dishes drying and there was no remote for the airconditioning. But okay.. It was allright. When we complained they said that booking states they're only open for checkin till 00.00 but thats why I sent the message. I guess they didn't communicate with eachother. Two days later they told us the guy gave us the wrong room and requested us to move. Okay.. We got into a smaller room which was also fine, and this one was ready for checkin. In the meantime they called us with another number to tell us that was the number we should use if we had questions. But there was no sincere apology or effort to show they were disappointed in the proces. The rooms are okay, the price is low so we didn't expext much. The walls are thin though, you can hear your neighbor's business. The location is great but the service, communication and commitment was extremely poor. It could have made the stay great but instead it made the experience very dissatisfying. On top of that, the accommodation just doesn't have a nice vibe to it and the swimmingpool was empty for two days during our stay.

I really recommend this place. Accommodation was really clean and good equipment . Very good location. It was really good time for me and my friends. Best regards.

Staff were so friendly, helpful, kind. I could write endlessly about them, they we just exceptional! They were so helpful with anything I needed and they made my baby's stay so comfortable and pleasurable. If I am to travel back to this area, I'd love to rebook here!

I had a nice stay at Garden City. The room&bathroom was clean, the balcony bigger than expected and there was noise at night. On depearture day I was also brought to the airport by one member of the staff as I coulndt get a Taxi. Super uncomplicated and a fair price concerning the room and the ride to the airport.

I bought some stuff for the kitchen like soap to clean the dishes and I would have liked to have a cutting board for cooking. The kitchen set up works, but its equipped quite rudimentary

For the price it is your best choise in Tigaki with comfy beds good aircon and nice people The place is being renovated recently with visible marks, I had a very comfortable stay thank you! And dont forget visit Panakea restaurant nearby for the best Zythos in town!

The location of the property was great, it was quiet and not too far from the beach. The towels, sheets and toilet rolls were changed maybe every other day. The room was cleaned about 4 times a week. The owner were very pleasant and were on hand if you needed help.

We were a little upset the pool was empty when we got there and remained empty the whole of the two week stay. It was strange it being peak season but kinda thought it may have been because of the lack of tourists, if we’d have know it wouldn’t have been a problem but the pictures of the pool area were the main reason for us booking.

Very close to the big and very cheap supermarket. In front and nearby very good restaurants. Basic room, with all the necessaries. In front of the balcony big trees, so we used the air conditioning only the first day, when we arrived and were too tired. The other nights slept with open window. We didnt need more. It was hard to leave Tingaki.

Good location set back from the road

Extremely Run down, they weren’t expecting us despite me emailing them, then tried to make us have one room instead of the two we had paid for. Cleaning was shocking, as we stayed for 3 weeks would have expected twice week cleaning and toilet bin emptying but had to beg for them to do it once we went 5 days without the toilet bin being emptied. None of the advertised facilities were available and we were the only two people staying. Strange men wandering about they wouldn’t give us a key for our safes either. In fact I surprised they are allowed to run like this and that you have them on your books. Fridge was filthy and rusty, crockery was rusty and very limited, we had to share a bowl between us. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We live kos anyway and the part we stayed Tigaki is central to travelling anywhere on the Island. A delightful holiday in every way and priced just right for the Hotel.

One sentence only . More tourists for the Greek people are wonderfully welcoming. Co-vid is having a terrible effect on tourism.
