Pool was great, peaceful, must love cats & dogs (owners pets, we’re so sweet). Enjoyed the turtles they have. Loved waking up to the songs of the area birds. Bob and Sharon are very friendly and down to earth. Just a few steps away from the Lake Chapala Society. Kitties MAY request a midnight snack. Unit #1.

Beautiful property, great host, excellent location. Loved our stay!

The location was close to everything. The pool was clean and water temperature was perfect for an afternoon swim. There are two apartments/Casitas. I stayed in the front one. The one in the back would have been more private, and it had a nice covered porch. I don't know if it cost more.

The interior of the front apartment or casita was too dark for me. I like a lot of light. Even after opening all of the curtains, and turning on the lights, it was too dark. There is a restaurant/bar with live music close by that played till 10 or 11. It wasn't every night, but too loud when it did. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and breakfast, but not enough counter space to cook a dinner, much less wash the dishes. I did cook a couple of meals anyway, but it wasn't easy.

The location was great

The owners are extremely gracious, accommodating, and kind, with excellent knowledge of the area. The casita and pool were amazing, with visually aesthetic appointments and decor in every direction you look. Great security, maintenance, and privacy...a true oasis of flora and fauna, and right next door to the Lake Chapala Society. I highly recommend this place, and very much hope to stay here on my next trip.

No complaints whatsoever!! This place is a true gem right in the heart of Ajijic. The only thing I didn't like was that my 2 week stay there had to end.

Beautiful property, well maintained with a gorgeous pool. Our Casita stayed nice and cool.

Aroma of cigarette smoke. Too many dogs, felt like we were walking through a kennel of little, yappy, ankle snappers, every time we went in or out. The internet was out for half of our stay but eventually fixed by owner. You could use the washer and dryer, but only if you had your own liquid detergent? Our Casita (number 1, we were under the impression that we would have the entire area to ourselves) faced the other Casita and it was awkward because the Canadians staying there were loud and annoying on their phones and they just stared at us.
