Location was perfect, bottom of the strip right on the beach couldn’t be more ideal although you can’t hear any noise either. Owners were brilliant from day 1, even the little things like supplying water and beer in the fridge complimentary for when you arrive. They keep in contact throughout your stay to ensure you have the best possible experience. Couldn’t of enjoyed my stay anymore, Hidden gem.

Only downside to the amazing stay was the shower height was a little unusual, maybe if they adjusted it higher it would be perfect

Location was excellent, near the main street and the beach, but still quiet. Sunbeds were super comfy and available at any time free of charge and the beach is lovely. Host was super nice, Nikos was always helpful with anything we needed, always around.

Would have liked to have an earlier breakfast, 9 AM was a bit late for us. Also breakfast was basic, same thing every day, small portions: orange juice, one boiled egg, ham and cheese with tomato, bread, butter and jam.

Nikos was incredible. extremely welcoming and going above and beyond. this hotel is in the heart of laganas but perfectly tucked away from the main strip. 10/10 would absolutely come back to stay here and recommend it to friends

nothing bad to say

At the end of September it was a quiet time of the year. I really loved the airy size and the beautiful decor of the room. The bed was extraordinarily comfy. The staff was nice and helpful. I can definitely recommend staying a Casa del Mar.

The staff, the receptionist was really helpful and kind, the location and the room with balcony facing the sea /garden. They were cleaning everyday giving us new towels all the time. Really quite area despite the clubs nearby. Value for money.

Just the shower. Instead a curtain should be replaced by a screen otherwise you spill on the floor.

The Bathroom

We liked the fact that is very close to the beach, behind the building there is the beach. The room was very spacious and clean. The AC is for free. The owner was very welcoming and nice to us.

The breakfast was very bad. Exactly the same breakfast everyday including one boiled egg, 3 slices of bread, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese. This was the lowest point of this accommodation. The Tassos Terrace where the food is served, has overpriced food and the quantity and quality is pretty low.

10++ for cleaning; 10++ for location; 10++ for the owner who helped us with any request we has, even gave extra. Perfect place for a nice and relaxing holiday!

Excellent location, easy to reach from the airport by car, many restaurants around. The sea is 50 m away, if you want even better beach - just walk another 500 m away from the crowd. Very friendly and helpful host, lovely breakfast with a sea view, and excellent coffee.

Very good place in Laganas; The sea is just at 30mt. Quiet place even if it is close to the club area. Nice staff, good people; The room it’s lovely and the tv can support ur Netflix account if u want. Lovely the breakfast at the restaurant on the beach. We will come back if we pass in Laganas. Thank you!

The toilet is a little bit small

-Mr. Nikos it's a very good host; helped us with taxi, car rentals, recommendations, late checkout, everything we needed; - very close to the sea, near restaurants; -free parking; -clean room; -the AC worked perfectly; -in the morning Mr. Nikos greets you warmly and in the evening a young gentleman says you good night :)))

-breakfast can use an upgrade; - the rooms looks better in the pictures, the buliding it's rusty, renovated a few years ago, but you can still see the cracks in the walls; -shower very small& unpractical; - the doorknob was always falling off :)); -wi-fi slow, but that was the problem on all the island; Over all, for our budget we couldn't expect more. Mr. Nikos made our staying lovely.

It’s just by the sea with parking and hidden from the noise - all you need in Laganas

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds are really comfortable, and it is really quiet although it is nearby the main Laganas street. The breakfast is also quite nice and right in front of the sea. Lina was super willing to help in every situation, and helped us with booking tours and gave us some indications on things to do around the island. Totally recommended!

All was perfect! Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Even now in covid19 time we felt there very very good! We always wilingly come back :)

First of all I would like to thank Lina especially for my comfortable stay and her amazing hospitality. I felt like being at home. Thanks to her I had the possibility to checkin earlier and checkout later, because of my flight times. I also would like to thank Lina for her recommendations and helping me out with how to go around the island. She is very helpful. Casa Del Mar is very central located in Laganas, right next to the beach. My room was perfect with balcony and seaview. Next to Casa Del Mar is Tasos Taverna where you can have your breakfast and use the sunbeds. It's also my favorite place for having dinner. Thanks again, I hope to be back at Casa Del Mar in the future. :)

Next to the beach, private parking, no windows facing the road - the quiet is guaranteed, very helpful staff and fruits on the arrival + gifts on the departure. My heart is with this place
