It's a simple business hotel type accommodation, good value for the money as long you don't expect a lot of room. Excellent location near Akihabara, and very friendly and helpful staff!

The room we had was tiny. And i mean TINY. We were 2 people with luggage, so to be able to move around the room, you have to improvise. Between wall and the bed, there's barely enough room to walk through. Let alone for 2. Or luggage.

Very small room but this is typical in Japan and I knew when I did reservation.

The room had a nice view and the bathroom was very spacious. I loved the Pyjamas that were provided.

The room was clean but I found a hair and some plastic straight upon entering the room. The breakfast kind of just didn’t do it for us and was a little overpriced in my opinion.

Stylish room, quite decent size, comfortable bed, nice amenities, great views from the room(14th floor you can see Tokyo skytree) fresh fruits for breakfast (pineapples, bananas and apples), green smoothie for a drink, pasta, fresh salads, and Japanese options of course, all were tasty

ロビーからお部屋まで全部お洒落で雰囲気がとっても良かったです。価格もリーズナブルで嬉しかったです。今回は2名で泊まりましたが、ホテル選び正解だったね〜！と話してました。

ソファ・ベッドの背もたれの上が埃まみれなのが目立ったのと、シャワー中なにか臭うなと思ったらカーテンから生乾き臭というかすごく臭かったです…。清掃面がもう少し行き届いていると良かったなと思います。

Live at the heart of Akihabara, a few minutes to the electric town. The hotel provides all necessities and the staff is perfect. We loved this hotel at any aspect and even though our room was a bit small we would surely reserve again.

I'm pretty sure they have laundry listed. While there is one nearby, you have to walk a block over to get to it so listing it seems a bit misleading. Also I paid on booking.com and then when I got there they wanted the tax paid? I thought that was already included. One morning I had to queue to get in the dining room and another morning I was 2 minutes late for the 9:30 cut off and was turned away.

Location close to Akihabara electronic town. Room is comfortable and clean but on the small side and also very dark. Good option for short term stay.

During my five-day stay at Hotel Resol Akihabara in Tokyo, I found the overall experience to be average, with a few drawbacks. The hotel's location in the vibrant Akihabara district was convenient for exploring the city. However, the rooms were small and cramped, limiting comfort and movement. On a positive note, the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. While the hotel provided basic amenities and cleanliness, additional facilities would have enhanced the overall experience. When considering Hotel Resol Akihabara, it's important to be aware of the limited room size.

Cleanliness, quiet, convenient to Station

Originally had a three day booking, changes to flight details, not of our doing, forced us to leave a day earlier. We were unable to just add a 4th night to our original booking and had to book a single night for the earlier arrival. They could not promise that we would not have to move rooms for nights 2-4, we accepted that. However, what annoyed us more than anything was that we had to vacate the room by 11am, fair enough, BUT we could not check back in until 3pm even if the room was ready beforehand…their excuse “check in is at 3pm” and “we don’t know what room you will be in”. First night cost us nearly as much as the other three nights. Not good PR, very inconvenient and extremely annoying.
