離車站走路10分鐘、如果下雨也可搭公車。 乾淨、設備俱全。 附近有便利商店和藥妝店。

有一樓跟二樓、沒有電梯。往二樓的樓梯沒有屋簷、如果下雨需要撐傘提行李。在意的話建議訂房後確認安排的房間。 電視遙控上印有netflix、youtube但實際按不出來。 沙發放在床架的下方、沒有裝燈會很暗。

Les matelas étaient durs comme de la pierre, on entendait beaucoup les voisins. Il n'y a pas de rideaux sur la fenêtre du haut donc lumière du jour très tôt le matin. Il y avait quelques endroits mal nettoyés.

Location was ok. 15 minutes from Hakata station, 20 min from canal area.

Anyone who thinks humans should be removed from the service industry has never tried to use a kiosk to check in early to a foreign hotel after walking 15 minutes from the train station with 2 suitcases, a stroller and 3 kids in 87 degree heat while hungry. I had to: 1. call for help, request early check in 2. Log out, reenter my ID 3. Scan QR code so I could pay for early check in on my phone, which then had to text me to verify my purchase before continuing. 4. Back to kiosk to type in all of our names, address, phone, nationality and take a photo of 5 passports 5. Verified check in with a video call 6. Sign 7. Finally receive room number and digital access code. When I finally dragged my bags up to the second floor, and entered my room, I was sweaty and annoyed, and of course the AC was broken. I tried to call on their iPad, but was forced into a chat. After several rounds of back and forth, they told me 30-60 min. I was starving and didn’t want to leave the room while they looked at the ac. Some guy came in, reset the breaker, ran around, and eventually cleaned the filters. It improved, but was still very hot up in the loft. The loft itself had 3 uncomfortable futons and NO outlets! What?! That’s where me and my husband slept while kids were down in the bunk bed. Luckily we had some very long wires, but they were snaked through the ladder from downstairs. Downstairs the only outlets were occupied by the tv and the microwave. Charging two adults’ phones, battery packs, plus kid devices was very difficult. Although they have a washing machine, the drying system is junk.There was a microscopic drying rack where you can fit maybe 3-4 shirts. You are supposed To use the bathroom dryer, which takes 8 hours. I did that and clothes were still damp in the morning. I had to run it another 8 hours. Air drying on the balcony would have been more efficient. Their hot water requires you to control a hot water panel and wait a few minutes before throning on the faucet.
