This was a novel accommodation in an old brewery building and located beside the modern active brewery in a quaint village setting. The rooms were simple but comfortable. The breakfast was quite good in a very nice setting. There was an off street parking spot right by the entry that was very convenient.

The rooms were a bit warm (very hot summer) and one of our three rooms did not have a fan. The quaint, antique style hotel sign was difficult to see on approaching the hotel. We drove past it and had to turn around (narrow village streets) and come back towards it to see the other sign above the entry. The stairway was very narrow and the elevator quite small. The reception on the top floor took some effort to find.

the hotel is in the quiet residential area, 25 minute walk from the city center. it was nice of the receptionist to wait another 15 minutes for me after the check-in time ended (20:00)

located next the brewery hence there are refrigerators working all the time, which I heard in the room. the facilities are rather old, so the price-value ratio is so so. the fact that breakfast comes at a separate price must be mentioned here, at the platform, and not only upon check in.

We arrived late but management was in contact with us the whole time and met us there to check us in. They showed us the garage where we could keep our bike locked up and safe. We didn’t book a room with 2 beds but were offered one due to it being available. The room had a beautiful scenery, very comfortable beds, and a lot airflow for warm days. The breakfast buffet was amazing - many croissants were eaten. Highly recommend this place!
