This is a great property for having a wonderful time at the beach. The owners were very helpful, and the place is spacious, well stocked, and has lots to do. We had a great week, enjoying the beach, the tennis and pickleball court, and the condo itself. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We made lots of meals, ate at the beautiful dining room table, and played lots of games while watching movies and football. We will definitely return!

Allyson and Robert were great hosts! Very responsive with the particulars of property after booking and with check in and out instructions. Condo as advertised. Very Clean and well kept. Solid, well built condo with quiet guests and residents. Excellent view of Ocean and a big condo with large windows in every room. Sitting area in master bedroom particularly nice feature. Underground parking a plus as well. Would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is very spacious, clean and organized. It is located in a quiet residential area. Location is wonderful; close to Flagler Downtown, Ormand Beach and Daytona Beach. I loved having the beach to myself. The beach is not crowded with people, the area is clean and the water is a beautiful aqua blue. We had several thunderstorms while we were there and still were able to enjoy the view. Condo has lots of room. Beds are comfortable. Lots of little extras, spices, pots, pans, cleaning supplies. Having a washing machine in unit was fabulous. Outside pool was clean and refreshing. Having an assigned parking space was a big bonus. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The reviews are all correct. The owners are amazing & responsive. The pics do not do this place justice. All furniture & decor are fantastic. The views are incredible from all rooms. The recommendations they made were spot on. We will be returning for sure.

The condo was beautiful, very cleaned, and smelled great! The view of the ocean was perfect. Condo was well stocked with cooking essentials. The walk to the ocean was so easy, not far to go at all. Not a crowded or load location with is perfect for us. We will definitely be back! The owners made our stay so easy and very easy to communicate with!

This was a wonderful stay and experience! We had a few glitches with the timing of our stay and the owners graciously worked to accommodate us. The condo is gorgeous - beautifully appointed and furnished with great care and a good eye for design - I was obsessed with all the very cool and unusual light fixtures and lamps. No detail too small - fresh flowers on the coffee table, well stocked candy jars, flashlight in the nightstand, starter Keurig coffee pods, and a lovely welcome note; the dining room table was even set for two! Loved sittings on the deck looking at the ocean. Owners communicated promptly throughout the process, and could not have been nicer. Recommend this property without hesitation!

We do enjoyed our week! Your condo was very beautiful and comfortable. We lacked nothing! Beds were comfortable.the views and the sounds of the ocean were delightful. We thank you so much for your hospitality and communications perfect hosts
The only negatives were a couple of things totally out of your control. The pool was closed several days due to maintenance and their was a foul smell in the corridor, which we assumed might be due to water damage in one of the units.

This condo has an amazing location to the ocean literally across A1A from the ocean/beach. It is fully furnished, and the hosts thought of everything needed to have a wonderful vacation experience. We were there a month and should have booked 2 months. The residents in the condo building are absolutely wonderful as we had interactions with the neighbors and the staff. The town of Flagler is quaint, and we really liked not looking at "high rises" and just beautiful scenery. The only drawback we experienced was Daytona Bike Week happened one of the weeks were there and it was motorcycles day and night. We know better now. However, the upside in March there were NO spring breakers. The beach is expansive with beautiful cinnamon colored sand and very few people. We miss it already!

Every window from every room, the ocean was your view! Open the windows and you are not at the ocean, you are in the ocean’s roar! Wonderful place to relax. Sat on the beach every day, and sat listening to it every night. Pick your room, there is a place to sit! Comfortable beds, and everything we needed to relax.

We ended up being let in to the building without keys by someone before we realized where the lockboxes were. Overall a great stay and would definitely book this property again for a future stay.

This apartment/condo is amazing. Every room has a view of the ocean. We have rented this property several times and every time we have rented it it has been clean. It's beautifully furnished and I don't mean just as a rental it's furnished as if the owners live there. The location is amazing minutes from Daytona . St Augustine is not too far away. If you're not planning on cooking, there's plenty of restaurants nearby.
The people that own this property are extraordinary people.

This place is NOT kid friendly! The residents were very rude to my children about them playing in the pool. Although they weren’t doing anything they weren’t supposed to or wasn’t listed on the RULES! Nice condo, location was good. Beach was high tide for the most of the day until 3 which made it difficult to enjoy the beach for the morning. Glad I visited this area once but found out it’s not for my family.

Flagler Beach FL stay
The property looked just like it did in the pictures on Vrbo. The Sq ft of the unit was more than enough to accommodate our party of 4 and it was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was beautiful and the employees of the building and residents were very friendly. It was our first time in Flagler and would definitely visit again.

Relaxation on the beach
This location was perfect close to both Ormand and Flagler. Beach access was easy. Great view. Lovely pool. It was clean, well stocked, 1 floor and as great. Garage is tight so we parked outside. We would stay here again.

The condo was across the street from a quiet stretch of beach and was nice listening to the waves at night. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. We were very disappointed in the amenities. The TV was not in a position to see it from the couch, the internet was so slow except first thing in the morning and after 10 at night, The kitchen was very small with no cabinet space for food, and the dishes were in the dining area. I was very upset with the cleanliness of under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. We could not use the coffee maker until we cleaned the dust our of it with vinegar because it was filthy. The pots and pans and small appliances were old. The living spaces were so overcrowded with stuff , it didn’t seem comfortable for a renter, although there were many cool lamps. I guess I just don’t like clutter and I like things that go well together. There was no window coverings in the living/dining room that could close. The white towels were stained and the pillows were flat in the master. The shower was only a hand held. It was not worth the price we paid, we have stayed in much better condos in the area for the same price.

Room with a view
Everything was wonderful. The view was spectacular. Nothing is more soothing than the sound of waves as you drift off to sleep. My only suggestion would be something different for the shower door in the master bathroom. The owners were wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Great ocean views
Bob and Allyson were excellent hosts who were prompt and responsive at communicating with us. Check-in was smooth and easy as they had arranged for Eunice to meet us and show us into our unit. The first thing you notice are the stunning ocean views from every window. The condo was very clean and comfortable with a fun, eclectic decor. It had all the amenities you would need on a vacation- even beach chairs and towels. The beach was just across the road. The condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. We each had a spacious room and ensuite bathroom. We had a lovely visit up the coast to St. Augustine. We highly recommend this property.

Checked Into very clean and secure building. Property very spacious and well decorated. Loved sitting in the primary bedroom area to read and watch the ocean. Every restaurant great and close by. Would definitely return.
