Very good location, lovely and clean flat. Emma was very communicative and helpful. No parking included, but lots of options nearby.

we arrived at the property & found it clean & welcoming. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable & the wardrobe space was great. lots of facilities provided such as hairdryer, iron, towels which was a bonus. location was really good central to everything you need.
The bed in the smaller bedroom wasn’t very comfortable the mattress was very hard & one of the wardrobe doors in this room made a very loud squeaky noise when opened!! seating area in living room wasn’t the most comfortable. WiFi was very hit & miss couldn’t always connect.

The location was good and we were lucky with parking in front of the apartment. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Carpets looked nice and clean.
Received a very helpful and comprehensive welcome pack. Received it at 19:35 the night before our departure. A few days before would have been really helpful as I had already looked into parking and places to eat by then)
The apartment is on the first floor and access to it is via a staircase which stank of stale smoke. I suffer from mild asthma and even walking up and down a couple of times a day made me ill which spoilt my weekend away.
The windows are single glazed and the place was so noisy that it was difficult to hear the tv or sleep until the early hours of the morning when the traffic reduced. The place could with a little upgrade as it is starting to look tired. Very snug bathroom.

Set in a nice local close to beach and and restaurants.
Entrance hall had no air circulating which caused a stale smell (no smell in apartment)

Location great for accessing transport into Brighton, some nice shops restaurants in same street.
Owner was responsive to questions prior to stay and we were able to access property earlier than advertised
Floor in lounge very dirty our socks were black.
No oven glove No tea towel (sounds petty but not sure how expensive red to use oven and clean pots!)
No light shade in main bedroom or hallway felt very studenty. No bedside tables or lamps - just felt quite basic.
Bathroom in serious need of overhaul- peeling paint cracked and broken tiles just generally very grotty not confident about the level of cleaning that had taken place prior to stay given I found a set of hen party date cards at the back of the sofa when pulling out to make into sofa bed. Mattress for sofa bed stained. In Covid times I expected to feel more confident about the level of cleaning prior to stay.
No mention property being on the corner of major crossroads- however the noise from traffic was bearable compared to that of the butchers at 5:30 ish am dragging bins and making considerable noise each morning. Don’t really like giving poor reviews but feel necessary given multiple issues- sorry.

Excellent location for getting to beach, restaurants, you really don't have to walk further than 2 minutes to get anywhere if you don't want to! My teenage daughter loved it!
Clean apartment and everything you need, owner very helpful and made check in easy! Would definitely come here again!
Slightly noisy in front bedroom from traffic

Nice and comfortable flat with large rooms and all comforts. The flat is just 3 mins walking from the beach and 20 mins from the town center.
