Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautifully furnished and everything worked - except the AC. We understand these things happen but we were without AC for 2 days. Also the hurricane shutters were lying on the balcony and in the way of being able to look directly down - plus sharp edges caught my toes. No recompense was offered for these somewhat minor inconveniences.

We arrived after office hours yet our check in process was handled by on site security. Our unit was found clean, orderly and recently renovated. Our vacation accommodations at Arcadian One did not disappoint!
