We enjoyed a 11 day stay at Lou’s place with everything we needed on hand. Lovely bungalow in a fantastic location, would definitely stay again. Lou and Linda were very helpful and accommodating, excellent service!

Great all round
A holiday was desperately needed after a year of exam stress etc. Everything about this holiday went like clockwork because of the great lady that owns the place. Ryanair cancelled our flight at short notice but Louise accommodated our changes so we could still enjoy the break. The property is lovely . Everything is provided you could need even down to a welcome pack of tea/coffee milk etc so you don’t have to go shopping on arrival. That said there is a great supermarket within 5 minute walk. Louise also arranged transfers to and from airport for us which went seamlessly. You are met at the property and shown the ropes and at the end of your stay you simply hand over the keys to the lady that you saw at the start. We ate out every night bar one at the plaza which is a short stroll away. The fabulous beach is a further 5 minutes away on foot. Everywhere is flat and well paved so if you struggle getting around this is good they even have wheelchair areas at beach where the guards help those unable to get into the sea are taken out on a bit of kit. Nice market on a tuesday locally and stalls along the 7 km long prom regularly selling handcrafted stuff. Book it you will love it.

We love this area anyway and the drive from the new Corvera airport was a lot easier than we thought it would be. We didn't get to use the pool facilities as we were there in Feb, but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lou's Place. The only very small problem is that you don't get the sun on the front terrace, but otherwise it's great.

Fantastic location 10 minutes from airport, Sandra who met us at the airport was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Louise the owner was very prompt with replies and kept in touch prior to our arrival and when we got home. Accommodation was lovely and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Welcome pack was an added touch. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday with all your home comforts. We enjoyed it that much we are looking at returning next year.

Good location, clean safe and secure perfect for families with young children
Very clean impressive property excellent for children, safe and secure. Very local to shops, supermarket, beach and main strip the plaza with restaurants and lots of evening entertainment and stalls to keep the children entertained and older children to Spend their pocket money euros!! A real home from home
From the warm welcome on being collected by Sandra at the airport till the minute we left we had a great stay. The bungalow is very well equipped and the communication once you book up is fantastic. I travelled as a mum with my two kids and it was made so worry free for me by Louise. The location is ideal for amenities and the beach and the pool is fantastic for kids of all ages so long as you keep an eye on them. Will definitely book again.

Just had a very relaxing holiday with my husband in this lovely apartment/bungalow. Louise and Paul had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Sandra picked us up from the airport and her husband took us back on departure for a reasonable rate, which saved us having to book taxis, There was a welcome pack of everything from milk, bread, butter, wine etc., so we could relax for an hour and have a cup of tea without having to go shopping. The bungalow is very well equipped with everything required fro your comfort and convenience. It is a short walk to all shops and restaurants and a bit further is the lovely beach area. We would certainly recommend this property if you are thinking of a holiday in Los Alcazares.

My second time here and yet another fabulous relaxing stay! Louise has thought of everything, from welcome pack to utensils to washing powder. Apartment immaculate, spacious and well presented in a great location. You don't need a car, when the wonderful Sandra will pick you up from the airport and cannot do enough for you! Very comfortable and with everything you need
This was our third stay at this apartment and it was as good as ever. There is everything you need including wi-fi and air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is extremely well maintained and close to all the amenities. The owner replied to any questions almost immediately and she even arranged for us to be collected from the airport which meant that 20 minutes after we landed we were already in the apartment. Would recommend highly.

Fabulous holiday
We have just returned after a weeks holiday. The apartment was absolutely lovely with everything you need to enjoy your stay. From comfy beds, lovely clean bedding and towels to the use of a shopping trolly and lilos to take to the beach. Great location for everything. My mum and dad are in their 70's and found it fine for them to get around. It was just a lovely apartment ( home from home) The pool area is lovely with plenty of space. We were met by Sandra who explained where everything was and where best to eat out.
The square has lots of restaurants and some food bars. The beach is within easy walking distance and is lovely.
We will definitely be looking at booking for next year. Brilliant holiday.

The apartment has all the mod cons you might want, Wifi was really good and air conditioning was much welcome. The apartment is only five minutes walk from the main plaza and only a little further from a lovely promenade and beach. Louise the owner was great to deal with both prior to and during the holiday,answering queries quickly and arranging transfers from the airport. Overall we would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

The apartment has all the mod cons you might want, Wifi was really good and air conditioning was much welcome. Our first time away with our 3 kids,( ages 3,4,& 9) a very well equipped apartment with everything for the kids as well as our selfs,lovely pool, sky tv,games and dvds for the kids when they would take a break from the pool,the main plaza is just 10 minutes from the apartment as is the beach and all other amenities,the complex it self is very secure which was very important for us were the kids were concerned,the airport is just 10 minutes from the apartment which is great when you have kids,the apartment was very clean with everything you need for self catering,a really great holiday had by all,i would have no problem in recommending this property.

Extremely well equipped bungalow situated very close to the on site pool so literally a two minute walk with your sunloungers (also provided). Fantastic collection of DVD's for the children. Beds very comfortable. Five minutes walk from the Plaza where all the restaurants are and ten minutes walk to the lovely clean beach. The pick up and drop off service arranged by Louise the owner excellent and well worth 12 Euro charge each way, Welcome pack very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning.

I found the apartment clean and well stocked with books games etc the tv was a bit tempramental that could have been the weather which we didn,t have the best off but the complex was very clean and tidy and well situated

Beautiful apartment and lovely location.Is exactly like the photos! was great to be picked up from the airport and shown around the complex. Everything was in easy reach and the kids loved the pool. The welcome pack was just what we needed when we arrived. Just a perfect family holiday.

We spent 1 week at Los Alcazares and had a fantastic time.
This was our first holiday abroad with our 2 year old son and we would recommend this well equipped apartment to any young family looking for a family friendly resort.
The beach was within easy reach, as were the restaurants and bars. However, we would recommend going into the heart of Los Alcazares if you are looking for a true Spanish eating experience, as the Plaza (which is within 5 mins walk from the apartment) is laden with english style restaurants and bars.
You will not be disappointed by this very well equipped apartment.

The bungalow was really nice, great location.( had beautiful weather as well ! ). The Welcome Pack was an excellent idea, especially the Wine..ha..It meant that you didn't have to run out shoping on your arrival. Los Alcazares is a nice town, not 2 british, lovely beach, plenty of restaurants, etc. Will visit again next year, definitely recommend it.

This was our first time using holiday rentals and it was really the postivie reviews about this prop which helped with the decision. We have 2 boys aged 5 and 3 and the accom was perfect for us. It was well equipped and even had a cool bag for your trip to the beach.
It is a very spanish resort which we loved as there were no tacky Brit bars or loud music. We hired a car and loved Lo Pagan. If hiring a car, hire one as soon as you get off plane or before you go. Friends of ours were unable to hire one in the resort as there were none available.
The owner, Louise, is really organised and everything ran like clockwork.

Great bungalow with all the little extra bits and pieces which make a good holiday great.
Nice to have Sue meet us and show us the ropes,the welcome pack was especially welcome.
Great to have the pedestrian precinct with all the Resturants within walking distance.
The local beaches were so clean and apart from a crowded Spanish Public Holiday there was always lots of space.
Although we had no kids with us I would recommend both the accomodation and the area for families with kids.

Great holiday super bungalow the photos do not lie everything we needed.Being met by Steve was great very helpful and Sue when we got to the bungalow showed us everything still with a smile even when we were two hours late! The place is superb only 10 mins to the beach and what a great beach, some great restaurants and bars only 5 mins away very frindly especially Mamma Mia's.Only one disappointment and that is some of the dates we would have liked next year are already booked!
