Very nice apartment, well equipped, good location
- It is up on a hill, in case you have healthy/mobility problems or you are coming with a baby in a stroller.
- The elevator doesn’t work from the begining of March because of the unpaid bills. The owner told us on the phone that “it doesn’t work since morning and will be fixed until tomorrow”, which was not the truth. We came with an 8 month baby, a stroller and lots of luggages, so for us was an unpleasent experience. This should be written in the description or mentioned on the phone before the arrival.

The apartment is 20 minutes on foot from the city center. My friend and I like it a lot because the communication with the owner was very easy and also, the apartment was very clean.
I highly recommend it!

the apartment had all equipment needed
We got the instructions from the host, but they weren't very clear.
It was hard to get the host help in figuring out where the keys were, and he answered us only after we had already menged to find it on our own with the help of a nice neighbor.
In addition, the parking remote stopped working (the battery was done), and I had to run around Brasov for more than an hour to find a place to buy a new battery - again, the host was hard to reach and didn't help with a quick solution. Regardless to say that we planned to go out to travel and wanted to get there early, but because of the delay, we missed our plans for this day

Well equipped very modern apartment. TVs in every room and a handy washing machine. Parking available, good communication with the owner re directions and facilities.
Might be difficult for people with mobility issues as is up a hill.

it’s quiet and newly builded apartment complex with comfortable location and convenient parking inside. apartment is very fresh and prosperous so much fit for big family with kids. two bedrooms and living room with kitchen. nice balcony to stay for coffee or tea time.

really comfortable apartment and convenient location - within walking distance from the centre. equipped with everything you need.
the pdf presenting the flat didn’t include very clear instructions regarding the entrance (there are several lifts you can take from the parking lot)

The flat is just like in the pictures.
It was a very pleasant surprise to find out that at 3rd floor, exiting on the balcony, you have a small garden.
There is a MegaImage very close, so for a quick shopping is perfect.
You can cook something if you don't want to order.
The remote controles didn't work properly(not a big issue).
On the balcony 3 boards from the floor were dislocated and if you placed your foot incorectly, you could trip or spring your leg (again this is easy to fix and was not the host fault)
The intercom for the entire stay overnight made funny sounds ocasionally...

About 20 minutes to walk to the old center.
The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed.
We parked the car in the garage for 18 lei per day.
The bed would be more comfortable with a topper.

The place looks amazing, great design, very comfortable with a great feeling of home! Very convenient with grocery shop at the entrance and a nice walk to the city centre. The host was very helpful and the instructions of self checkin and checkout were very clear and easy. The apartment had all the facilities and was very clean. Thank you for a beautiful holiday, we had an amazing stay!!

The apartment is looking very good and it’s placed in a nice area. It was also relly warm ( i was there when it was like - a few degrees outside) also I felt very safe with the no contact check in. I will definitely come to stay here again
It lacks a pan, i couldn’t cook.

A very beautiful apartment with all you need, clean, spacious, with a super nice balcony, the location is near the city center, it has inside parking and supermarket just in the entrance of the complex. Really enjoyed it and will come back for sure.

Location and the fact that it was very clean.
Excellent location. The apartment is cozy, everything brand new, very tidy and they have all you may need. It fewls like a home. They have one parking place underground. This is a much better option to a hotel. I definetily recommend.
