Great location! The property was nice overall, easy access, easy check in, and host was very responsive.

I didn’t like that there were no clean wash cloths, I had to wash some myself. Thankfully there was a washer & dryer at the property. I didn’t like how we could only put the heat on 68 when it was 40 degrees or lower outside so we were freezing for the most part. Connecting to the Tvs was a bit confusing.

The house was beautiful and historic.

We did not like that the host was not responsive to texts and phone calls and that the mattress did not have enough support. We would have liked to extend our stay had the mattress been not as uncomfortable. It was too saggy and soft we did not get good sleep. They should get a new mattress that’s firm and has proper support. The place could also use a doormat to keep the floor clean.

Nice historic cottage with wooden floors and authentic furniture. Fully equiped modern kitchen, much space. Nice rooms, separate bedroom and bathroom. Washing machine and dryer really quick. Free parking available on the street, short walk to tram stations and into town. Ideal place for a longer stay. Owner was nice.

The kitchen was beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous. I love the bath tub. Perfect location

The owner was rude . The room was not ready the time it was promised at 4:15pm. Owner stated that the maid didn't show up. After 3hrs later still not ready. After driving 8hrs to get there I was so tired, that I offered to finish drying the bed linings and towels so that he would let us in. There was only 3 large towels and 2 face towels that were heavily stained.He wanted to charge me an extra $40-$50 per night due to Mardi Gras to park my car. Because that's what he normally charged for anyone to park on his lot. He let me park there the first night for free, because there were no other places to park near by. But stated that I would have to get up early in the morning to move my car. There was barely any hot water. The whole inside of the home floors felt like they were going to fall in when you walked on them. The floor boards were rotten. The tub was not safe to bath in it it was a claw bottom foot tub that was so high off the ground, you could barely get in or out. There was nothing to hold on to.

The property was extremely clean. The location was close to St. Charles and easy to walk to restaurants. Property was very secure. Liked the decoration. Very charming.

Only one minor thing… a full length mirror would have been nice.

Excellent location in a quiet part of town, but still close to the convention center and the city center.

Had to figure out how to arrange the shower curtain to avoid flooding the bathroom. Once that was arranged, all was fine!
