The property offers the optimal mix between family relax and exploration of the beauty of Como Lake. Located on a hill in the south east corner of the lake in a very exclusive and quiet position, offers easy access to exploring all the lake through free toll highway. Stunning lakeview terrace for al fresco dining, in front of magnificent view of mountains Grigne and Resegone. FULL OPTIONALS with WIFI internet Chromecast TV, private solarium + private garden and BBQ, Dining room, kitchen, terrasse and solarium on ground floor. Very well connected through airport and highways.

Glof Club Lecco was born in 1996 from the former Golf Club Royal Sant'Anna. Located between the laks of Annone and Pusiano, offers the magnificent scenery view of corni di Canzo and Grigna, the first mountains made of dolomia (dolomites). The Golf clubhouse and structures are located in the original buildings of yhe 16th century, completely renovated in the late '90.

Le Terrazze and the area: Le Terrazze is by far the most luxurius residence in the Como lake area: highest garden surface per apartment, highest number of sport facilities, biggest swimming pool, highest average distance between apartments.
The apartment, enjoys indipendent access and private garden and is fully equipped to offer you all comfort and entertaining equipments. Como Lake is outside of the big summer crowds and our guests really enjoy the easy access from the location to fantastic places to visit around: you can spend every day in a different location, from Bellagio, to Piona Abbey, visit Como, Lugano, Milano, or Bergamo, or why not, make a day trip to Gardaland, the Italian Disneyland or Venice. Also funny for kids, there are two tree jungle adventure parkes, life circuits, cable cars for a day trip to the mountains and many other attractions. The property has a guest book with many advices and ideas for trips and things to see: do not forget sun cream and camera!

Great base for exploring the beautiful area. Car essential. Highlight was our train ride from Lecco to Varenna and walk up to the castle. Host Nicolla very responsive and helpful. Thanks very much for milk/biscuits/prosecco! Very comfortable king sized bed. Second bedroom very small with a single bed that extends to a double- not ideal for two teenagers to share.
Shower room small with limited hot water but temperature outside was so hot it was fine.
Kitchen facilities more basic than expected, no oven. Two hob cooker. Washing machine very helpful. No air-con upstairs. Air-con downstairs not very powerful and rather loud. TV sound quality poor.
. Lovely view of Lecco from air-con garden. Very peaceful surroundings.
Complex is very nicely kept, wonderful large heated swimming pool.

Attentive host, Nicola, who was very helpful. Great communication before and during the stay.
House is charming, rustic, clean and well-appointed.
A few steep steps up to the front door, but great views of Lake Garlate from the garden. Stairs in the house and narrow and steep so caution for very young children.
The main bedroom has a lovely terrace. The second bedroom just fits 2 single beds almost pushed together, so suitable for a couple or younger children.
The pool area and play area were clean, spacious and well maintained and never too busy (we were there during the last week of July 2024). Pool and play area are only a 2 minute walk from the house. Parking is also a 2 minute walk away but up a hill (the area is generally quite hilly).
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle and 2 electric hobs.
Lots of great places to visit nearby - Lecco, Bellagio, Menaggio, Bellano (the caves), Jungle Raider Park at Civenna, the beach at Onno (great for swimming in the Lake).
We had a great stay at La Terrazze and would recommend it. Thank you, Nicola!

Nic was a great friendly host. He made our stay very comfortable and was readily available if we needed anything. It was very relaxing to be able to sit down and look onto the lake. Wow! What a view.
I will be sure to stay there if I ever find myself in that part of Italy again. Thank you Nic for the wonderful experience.

Verry good host. Nice en quiet and relaxing environment. The house is not at the swimming pool, but a short walk away. It is really nice to have a garden, but the garden needs a little attention. It is not save for small children because at the end of the garden there is a dropoff of about a 2 meter. The house had evreything you need including children's toys, dinner ware and high chair. The interiour of the house is a little dated but in perfect working order. There are a lot of nice destinations in the vecinity, bergamo, varena, piona, lecco, milano etc. But you really need a car because the location of the house is a little remote.
