Checking out

Neither bathroom worked properly. I was trapped in the main floor bathroom for over 30 minutes until my son was able to get me out. The upstairs bathroom’s toilet ran water constantly. Kitchen lights stopped working. The great thing was it was close to the beach and the beds were nice to sleep in.

The pros were that it was really close to the Beach and you could walk there in just a minute or two but that was about it. It had a decently spacious feeling even for 6 people but there are a few things that definitely need attention. The room was cleaned ok but not that great prior to our arrival. Sand was all over the floor but that is to be expected to an extent being right at the beach. The rooms were ok but only having 1 TV isn’t he living room and nothing in the bedrooms doesn’t work well if you have a family with kids. The down stair toilet was broken on arrival and would not flush due to broken parks in the back of it. The toilet up stairs barley worked but enough to get through the 4 day trip. Stair to go upstairs are very small and narrow and super steep for what it is. Washer and dryer were filthy with all kinds of rust and a bunch of other things that didn’t get cleaned. Dryer was full of fuzz, lint and hair and we had to clean that prior to use along with the washer. Showers were not cleaned very well and had hair etc left in them. Trash can was over flowing on arrival. Kitchen was spacious enough for use but the fridge and freezer again were not clean. Couches had stains and just looked old and dingy. The place was very outdated and run down looking on the outside and seems to be falling apart on the inside. Doors would not close drawers in kitchen and some upstairs were broken and would fall out if not supported during use from the bottom. All sliding hinged doors for laundry area and closets were falling apart. Closets were filthy and buckets of paint and screws were everywhere in them. For th reprice you’d think there would be a better value like having things that worked, a tv in all rooms and even things be clean when you arrive. The beds in this place are horrible. They are hard and every time you touch them, lay down in them, get up or roll over they make a loud crunching and squeak like plexiglass breaking. You can hear it from the bedrooms up stairs to down stairs. I have never stated anywhere where beds were this terrible. This place is ok if you just need a night or two but look elsewhere for extended vacations and a better spot for a family vacation. Price is high for what you get and you kinda feel rippped off when you leave.

Convenient, beach access was beter than expected, and everything we needed was there. Only downside was upstairs commode was inoperable.

House was close to the beach. Bathroom curtins need to be changed . Kitchen would take forever to turn on.

Love that we have enough space to sleep ,it’s clean .The only issue is our first day the bathroom toilet clog up and the lock on the door by the veranda next to the bedroom I sleep in will not lock.But the beach is close so it’s good.And oh yeah! Why you all hang a that little frame on the sealing?its weird to me.

The property is old and across from clubs where we heard music all night.

It was very nice clean and close to beach !!
