Great location
it was a ground floor apartment - so there seemed to be some...interesting characters directly outside our room - so we had to keep the windows closed most of the time
ALSO, the host emailed us the day before our arrival, informing us that their card machine was down and we'd have to pay in cash!!! really put some last minute stress in our plans

It is a beautiful apartment, fully equipoed and very comfortable. It has everything you'll need for a short stay or longer. It is in a great area whete you can just walk out your door and start walking in any direction.
What i didnt care for was that you pick up your keys in one building, then have to ealk sbout 2 more blocks to reach your apartment. Hated dragging our luggage even farther. But you can leave your keys at the apartment when you leave. We were on the 1st floor and there was a restaurant beneath us that, thankfully, ended it's night early enough.

Brilliant location, right in the heart of Madrid. Spacious and comfortable apartment.
You need to collect the keys at another location but it is only a 500m walk and the staff were excellent to deal with.

Great location. Beds are comfortable.
The key collect is far away, also you need to return the keys on same place with all suitcases. We got just one towel each. There is no towel for hands. There is no rack for drying plates. Also the apartment was not clean enough. It was not dirty but for example on the sofa was some little bits.
