Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Greenville - Woodruff Road

Convenient location, kitchenette was helpful, very clean

The elevators weren’t working. And, I think it has been out a while. They had no idea when it would be fixed. Someone needs to rectify this. The front desk let me know upon check in, but we prepaid already. And, I didn’t think I’d find an alternative in such short notice. That’s something you communicate prior to arrival. Not at check in. Note, as an extended stay there are many long term contract employees staying there. This may be unsettling to solo, female travelers. And, with the elevators not working. The stairs were the only option. I didn’t see any visible security cameras.

I really liked the bed; it was very comfortable. The shower was also great, and the towels were good quality. Overall, I really liked the room and had a good experience.

The main issue was that there was some hair in the shower, which could have been checked more carefully during cleaning. I also didn’t find the front desk staff very friendly. In addition, the breakfast was very disappointing. There were very few options, and nothing was particularly good.

Large rooms, very clean, and terrific value.

Loved everything about the property.

The location was good and easily accessible.

The elevator didn’t work. It was mostly clean but still not.
