Really nice two bedroom apartment in well serviced block, good kitchen, dining and lounge area. Great location near Carolina Park and easy to get into old city centre. Safe, modern area around apartment with good shops and restaurants. Lovely pool and spa plus secure underground parking. Great owner who responds quickly. Highly recommend.

An absolute delight! A very spacious 2 bedroom (each with an ensuite & walk-in dressing), living + dining and fully equipped kitchen, plus an extra toilet. Very comfy & big beds, good enough to sleep 2 adults and 1 child (ours is 4yr old). One last thing, our host was brilliantly accommodating and very well prepared, with detailed instructions and quick responses.

The apartment is not having central heating. Something to be considered, for those 15°- 16° days in beautiful Quito.

it was comfortable space and good location. the wifi was reliable.

the payment process was extremely inconvenient. I planned to use my credit card based on the booking but the link they sent didn’t work and I had to go to the office in order to use my preferred payment method.

Very nice amenities in the building, kind owner

It was a bit cold I had to pay by bank transfer (it was possible for me because I am Ecuadorian and I have a local bank account but my boyfriend is Dutch and he would have preferred to do it by card) Having the option to pay by card is always easier.
