Nada que decir porque es genial.

Ich habe eine Woche in der Wohnung mich sehr wohl gefühlt und mir einige gute Steaks gebraten, weil die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, 50 Meter oberhalb der Restaurants am Charco. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, der Schlüssel steckte schon im Schloss und das Bett ist gut. Ich komme wieder zurück, habe schon gebucht.

The studio was perfect, everything you could need was provided. The towels were huge and luxuriously thick, not like the paper thin ones some places provide. Toileteries provided, the owner was so helpful and informative, could not have done more for us.

Bed linen could have been better but was still OK.

Great location, clean, good communication from the owner and Netflix was a nice extra.

well equipped, good location

first it’s not really a while apartment; it’s a large room with a sofa at one end and bed at the other; bathroom beyond. fine for for one or two; wouldn’t work for more. main issue here is noise. I stayed in apartment 1; ground floor. There is a metal staircase which makes a din above every time it’s used. The down pipe from all the toilets in the block is next to the bed. worst, far far worse is the neighbours. At no 8 they party. A lot. Until late. I banged on the door; shouted; even tried calling the police. on those nights I slept on the bathroom floor. I bought some really good quality silicone ear plugs which helped. I complained to Rosario the local contact, but all I got was ‘ok’. which is useless. I checked out a day early; couldn’t face another Friday night. it’s a shame it’s a nice place and the rest of the house probably isn’t noisy; avoid No 1 at all cost!

Since there is no ventilation system and there is only one window, it can get very hot Being a single room on the ground floor and with only one window it is a bit difficult to coordinate the open window to let in some air and privacy, despite the curtains with which not even a breath of air would enter

Great location at El Charco yet quiet Very clean, apart from a few ants in the kitchen but that's kind of expected as the flat is on the ground floor. I slept well and lots of extra things were provided, such as sponges, toothpaste and even detergent for the washing machine when I asked for it. It was rather warm in the flat, which is nice in winter, just be aware it might be hot in summer. The cooling device provided might do the job though, I didn't need it.

This could have been a nice stay but, unfortunately, I had to invest some time of my holiday trying to get things fixed, namely the window that wouldn't shut (street noise) and the shower sliding door (glass) that almost fell when I tried to shut it. The host looked it quickly but these things should be in working order in the first place so guests can just enjoy their holiday without having to spend time and energy trying to get things fixed. The owner is aware now so, hopefully, the next guests will be luckier than I was.

no place outside to sit but there’s a lot to do in the area!
