Great location...beautiful view...nice pool...close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and more.
Had everything that one could possibly ask for in a rental... plus more! Beach gear supplied, nice air conditioning, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and so on and so on.
The host, Edwin, was gracious and kind, responded quickly to our every need.
If we are ever back in Puerto Rico we would stay there again without hesitation.

The place was stunning and comfortable with a million dollar view of the Atlantic Ocean sunsets unbelievable, minor issues but Edwin resolved them immediately I would recommend this place to family,friends and whatever your pleasure is in Puerto Rico you are in good hands with Edwin we will definitely be back soon thx you for making our stay memorable 😊

The ocean view off is the balcony is beautiful. The unit is clean, safe, and spacious enough for 6 of us. All appliances, electronics, air, washer, dryer, water heater, everything worked great. Property manager is responsive. The pool is beautiful with a great spot to eat poolside while enjoying the view. Loved Aguadilla, so much to do and see on the west side of the island. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

The location is lovely. Edwin is very responsive. We were short on some supplies but he responded promptly. The space is adequate. We had 3 adults and it easily will accommodate 2 couples. Very spacious, lovely view, nice pool! Hope to return.

I have been to this location before and loved Puerta Del Mar In Aguadilla. I decided to travel with my 7yr old to bring in the new year with my family who reside in PR. 1- a three hour delay check in. 2- it was not clean (dirty microwave with rice crumbs, windows dirty, patio dirty, dust accumulation on bedroom furniture, floors dirty throughout especially in bedroom and bathrooms) roach infested , unsafe electrical outlet was unable to turn air conditioner on in bedroom for 24 hrs until it was repaired it was sparking. The television was unable to be heard unless you were sitting directly in front of it, if you hit the remote to turn off a bedroom light or ceiling fan it would also activate the same in the other bedroom . The owner/ manager was contacted since the first day of arrival and each day afterwards . I told him that they had left a roach spray on the kitchen counter and it was empty , he never cared enough to send another or address the infestation of roaches. My 7 yr old was upset each day afraid to enter the kitchen because of the roaches. I have video and photos of my complaint and expressed my disappointment to The company and the owner. I submitted 36 attachments it was a total of (17) complaints to The company of my evidence photos , videos and the texts between the owner and myself . I am still waiting on a response. The date of incident 12-28-22 thru 1-3-23. This place was a true nightmare, I was embarrassed to even have my family over, my daughter was traumatized. THIS IS NOT THE OASIS AS DEPICTED AND DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN.

The property has one of the best views of the Island. The apartment is close to restaurants and grocery stores, the beds are comfortable but small for me I believe they are Full. It must be my big King bed and me at home. Everything works fine, no complaints—new watcher and dryer. AC works fine, and hot water is in demand. Crash Boat is less than a mile. Beautiful place.

Staying at Villa Il Moure was exactly what I needed. The views and location to Crash Boat Beach were perfect. We were only 10/15 mins from the airport and had many options close by for eating and getting local coffee. Loved the views from this condo and would stay here again. Highly recommend.

The condo was as advertised. Being residents of a metropolitan area in Puerto Rico, we feel we have finally found a clean, comfortable and quiet get away. This is a great place but I do want to point out that this might not be a good place for older folks and people with disabilities as there are no ramps or elevators, only stairs to access the apartment. Although it's only one floor down, you have to go 2 set of stairs. Security is pretty tight and you're not allowed to drink while inside the pool. You can't even have the drink close to you . That killed the vacation vibe a little . Not sure if you can bring a cooler or not as I only brought my Yeti cup to the pool. Other than that, the place is awesome! I would recommend it.

Great Place, everything we wanted!
The place was accurately listed on the website. It was very clean, had great views (you can see crash boat beach from the balcony), and is located in a nice area a few short minutes to everything. The pool was nice and clean and it was really nice having laundry in the condo. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

A wonderful stay all around. From dealing with Mr. Edwin Moure Negron, who answered all our questions in a timely manner, to the unit itself. The decor, the cleanliness, the view (breathtaking), the common areas well kept, the security staff. Everything was on point. Highly recommend it.

Puerta Del Mar Stay
Property had an exceptional view, security, the pool was beautiful and well kept. The apartment was large and included a kitchen with many items. Beds were very comfortable however the sofa could be replaced. Upon getting there I realized there was no running sink hot water in one bathroom and no running cold water in the other.However, I contacted the owner and within four days it was fixed. Property manager did a good job at communicating with us. I wish I would’ve known upon booking that the outdoor parking grounds were under construction. Our parking spots were not available for use and we had to use the visitor parking spot which sometimes were not available. Overall for the price we felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo
The interior of this unit was so artistically done. I appreciated all of the touches and my family just couldn’t stop talking about them, and the absolutely amazing view.
Both the owner and property manager were very responsive. Clean unit with all necessary amenities. We didn’t lack anything. Quick ride from the BQN airport and convenient to all of the west coast activities we were looking to get done. Definitely recommend the unit.
