Our family of 11 spent a week at this condo on Jaco beach. Everything was fantastic. There was excellent communication with the property manager from the very beginning. Racquel was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the place and provided information on tours / restaurants in the area. Racquel was fantastic, cooking breakfast for us most mornings and providing housekeeping. The condo is great, exactly as described. The views from the balcony are amazing, The kitchen was well stocked, toiletries and laundry soap provided. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. The location is perfect, on a quieter section of the beach, several restaurants within easy walking distance. The main section of Jaco is nearby (could walk if desired) with many restaurants and a nice grocery. Perfect stay!

We stayed in Jaco four nights. Our hostess hostess was amazing! She has a very outgoing and happy personality that was very welcoming. Her knowledge of the local Farmers Market Thursday Night allowed us to pick-up local fruits and vegetables on our first night. This property is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It’s spacious yet homey. Raquel was so accommodating and went the extra mile for us everyday. She made our stay that much better. I highly recommend this property. The location is on the beach and you have access to the resort amenities right next door. It’s within walking distance of some local restaurants that were delicious.

We had a wonderful time with family and friends in this beautiful VRBO! The 10 of us fit comfortably and we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would highly recommend this property!

It was Great. All went better than we could ask for and a lot was due to having Raquel there helping. She was wonderful in every way. The tours the town and the beach were fun and beautiful.

My wife and I had stayed in this area in the past but the place this time was an great and unique experience all in itself. We were very impressed with everything about this condo. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang together and everyone had space to for privacy if needed. An all around great experience!! The ONLY thing missing if I had to pick something would have been to have a grill of some sort on the balcony…. However it’s possible the condo management may not allow it … So we cooked the food inside and brought it out there to eat it… We were very happy and look forward to staying there again someday. I know I already mentioned this but it is worth saying again… We absolutely could not get enough of the views & sunsets from that beautiful balcony …!!!

Raquel was very helpful with finding things to do in the area and even answered my late messages when I accidentally locked our items in the safe without changing the unlock code. She helped us find a jet ski rental, ordered a cheesecake for my son's birthday and arranged for a shuttle ride for us back to the airport. She also made us a wonderful breakfast and would wash the dishes on her daily visits to us. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed, even though some of the bathroom layouts were a little odd. I would suggest looking at the room layouts before arriving to assign rooms before you get there especially if you are staying with more than one family since some of them have more private bathroom accommodations than others. There were many items available for us to use including fishing poles, body boards, sand toys and beach chairs, and a canopy and umbrellas for the beach. It was nice to use the pool at Crocs in the evening and the sunsets from the balcony were stunning. The far north end of Jaco Beach where the Palms is located is the nicest part of the beach - cleaner than in other areas and it was never crowded there. The ocean was warm and the waves were fun to jump in especially when the tide came in in the evenings. We had a rental car that was secure in the Palms' gated lot, but could easily and safely walk to a few nearby restaurants. For some of the farther restaurants I would recommend a cab, especially at night if you don't have a car. I would definitely stay here again and would encourage anyone else looking for a place to stay in Jaco to stay here as well, you will not be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo it is well appointed and very comfortable. The deck area and views never got old after 3 weeks. Raqual is such a bonus with making breakfast and local knowledge of places to visit , things to see and do plus she helped set them up. Jason, we tried to get her to come home with us or at least come on our next vacation she said she loves it there and won't come. Thanks for everything.

We spent an amazing Christmas here with our whole family ranging from 70somethinf grandparents to a 5 year old. It was a great place for everyone. Raquel, the property manager, is incredible. She helped us with every aspect of our stay. She made an amazing breakfast, and she gave us tips for all the best things to do and see. The location is great. There are two great pools and a beach. There are a lot of waves, but nothing that kept us for being in the ocean all day. I could not recommend this place and Raquel any more highly.

Could get used to the amazing sunrises and sunsets along with the constant waves crashing against the shore.

Great location and a wonderful team looking after your interests. Dave was the go-to guy for pre-trip planning and information sharing for our group of five. Raquel picked up where Dave left off upon arrival and was an amazing hostess. The Penthouse accommodations were everything we expected so the setting up of daily breakfast and dinners topped off with a special birthday cake by Raquel, well let's just say we'll back as often as possible. Cudos to the team, especially for string us in additional rooms over the weekend.

First off we want to thank Raquel for her amazing service. From planning trips, vans for us to get somewhere, getting groceries, coming home to a clean house. She was remarkable! If we ever got back this way we would definitely stay here! The location was good. Not to far from the town but far away from the noise!

Incredible view, very friendly and helpful staff, not only with the property but helping with advice to things to do, helping set up transportation and excursions and any questions we had about the area. The views were unmatched! Best VRBO accommodations we have experienced to date.

Our family of 10 ranging from 16-80 years old had a blast at this Jaco Beach. property. The best part of this large and luxurious apartment was the huge balcony and the beautiful views. Also a great treat was access to the resort pool and bar next door. Our family truly enjoyed it. Also a gem was the lady who manages the condo. She was a huge help in checking us in, recommending restaurants and activities, cooking breakfast (if requested...what a treat!) and keeping the place clean on a daily basis. We had 2 cars and had no problem parking on the premises or on the street. We did a day trip to Manuel Antonio and several beaches in the area. The restaurants in town were great! The house also had beach towels, boogie boards, a cooler and other useful beach accessories.

This has got to be one of the most amazing all around vacations my family has taken. All due to the graciousness, fluid communication, not to mention fantastic location of this beautiful property. We have to give an extra shout out to Raquel who helped us with everything from recommendations, planning unforgettable memories to providing us meals we will be dreaming about for a long time. Thank you all for a lifetime of amazing memories!

My stay was amazing!! Raquel was just the best! The location was beautiful and waking up to the ocean each morning was wonderful. The only downside is I wish we could have stayed longer.

I cannot say enough good things about this property, the check in process and Diana. The reason for the 4 star on the location is that the property is on the North beach, which is not bad by and stretch of the imagination-in fact, it is stunning. It is simply not the south end which is more suited for surfing, etc. This place has my highest regards. I will return, hopefully for a longer stay.

We had an excellent experience starting with our arrival. Scott was there to greet us and fill us in on everything that Costa Rica has to offer. Scott and his team were very responsive and accommodating in helping us book excursions (horseback riding, zip lining and monkey tour) and dining options. Frania was a fantastic cook and did a great job keeping the condo clean on a daily basis. Great location, great views, great vacation! Will definitely be planning a return visit.

The best of everything we want on vacation. Beachfront property, fun comfortable pool area with activities we could participate in, comfortable beds, surrounded by a wide variety of fabulous restaurants. The chef prepared breakfast whatever time we requested, kept our condo clean and also prepared several delicious dinners for our group. This vacation was among the best of the best of all! There was daily communication between our chef/housekeeper and the property manager making certain all was going according to our plans.

We loved our week at this property. Scott the property manager assisted us with our transportation and all reservations for dinners and activities and was always quick to follow up and reply. Awesome time and condo. Everything in listing is beyond accurate and the condo is well appointed down to phone chargers and binoculars. Frania cooked breakfast each day and we also had her cook a couple of dinners. She is an awesome cook. Scott and Julietta booked all of our tours and they were all great. If you are looking for a great place in Jaco, this is it.

My experience at 801 Palms was amazing. The condo was as advertised. Scott and Franny made our experience one for the records. The beach was gorgeous. The owner’s took time to communicate with us. And lastly we felt completely safe the entire time we were there. Hope to go back soon!
