Home2 Suites By Hilton Batesville

Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Also had a kitchen and complimentary breakfast. Staff was pleasant.

No issues.

Front desk support was very helpful in helping resolve the issue I was having charging, allowed me to use my own charger I carry with in car. Since yours were broken and no-one knew it.

That the front desk had no idea what was going on with electric car chargers. flashing lights and beeping and burned out plug on one, is a sure sign there's a problem. But as I said she was vey respectful and helpful in allowing me to use my own. People book your hotel in an electric car because of the chargers, like I did. I texted asking if they were first come first serve, if I could reserve one, and if there was an extra charge. To this day I have not received a response. I did get response when I complained to a text message on how the stay was going and was surprised they answered back.
