The location was perfect! Very close to town centre, Split riviera, the bus stations and ports! Very convenient to travel to places!..There’s AC that works in every room!..Good kitchen facilities! ..and Amazing seaside view!
The car noises outside of the apartment and one of the hot water tank was not working consistently.

Central, bright, spacious apartment with plenty of bathrooms and good views.
Lack of basic cleaning supplies and kitchen storage. The check-in bed request was completely mixed up. The washing machine and some kitchenware were dirty, and there is no elevator to the top floor. Great potential, but seriously needs better cleaning and maintenance.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, good location.
5th floor and no elevator - wasn't aware if that at booking
No good common sitting area

The location was simply perfect for us to attend the yacht show, which was pretty much in front of us. Everything is close by and very easy accessable, with a Konzum right next door it made it all very comfortable.
The place urgently needs TLC: a thorough cleaning and update of towels, sheets, linens, appliances, and some furniture. There was no work space, as kitchen table could not been used, it is not stable. Could have been cleaner.

"The property’s location to the Old Town, shops and amenities was fantastic.
The bedrooms were roomy and each room had its own bathroom down the hall."
