The facility was nice and check-in was easy. Having a washing machine and kitchen was a nice plus. The room was overall comfortable.
The location is a tad far from the main sites but there’s a bus station within a 5 minute walk.
The room insulation is poor. We had a family with a baby nextdoor on most days and could hear everything. We connected with the property about this and they offered a nice resolution.

Very convenient location close to Kyoto Station, local transportation, restaurants and many attractions.

Very spacious room with a balcony and all amenities. Hotel provided washing pods for free. Location was near to a lot of different bus routes so had plenty of options to get into the city. Hotel provided plenty of towels and staff were very friendly.
The room was a little dirty. The carpet and walls had stains. The air con and air vents were clogged with dust. The rubber seal around the washing machine had black residue inside. We had to have the oscillator fan running all the time or a musty smell would build up in the room.

The room was spartan and while surface level was clean, it was dusty in the corners which put me on edge.

"Tolle Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war top. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns geholfen bei der Bedienung der Waschmaschine. Zwei gute Restaurants in der Nähe."
